• 人事総務：
採用/退職対応、出向者受入、EP/DP発行(会計事務所に委託)、社員人事評価手続き、勤怠管理、重要書類管理、Covid対応等
• 経営企画：
取締役会/株総対応（日程調整、アジェンダ、資料作成、当日説明、議事録作成）、事業計画対応（経費計画、人員計画）
• 内部統制：
規定整備、本社内部監査対応（3年毎）
Requirements
財務・経理での業務経験が5年以上あり、幅広く管理部門を担当頂ける方
大手日系上場企業での勤務経験者
Our client Service/Product: Sustainable Farming Technology The Responsibilities: ・Develop and articulate the company's equity story, focusing on preparing for an IPO and global fundraising efforts ・Lead the establishment and enhancement of governance structures and financial strategies, overseeing their planning and execution ・Take an active, hands-on role in implementing financial initiatives, demonstrating a venture mindset, and playing a key part in building and strengthening the company's financial foundation The Requirements: ・Experience in engaging and collaborating with Venture Capitalists (VCs) and institutional investors during mid-to-late-stage fundraising and IPO processes ・Demonstrated experience in investing in startups, with a focus on Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) and Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) sectors from either VC or institutional investor perspectives ・Background in departments associated with mergers and Acquisition (M&A), Initial Public Offering (IPO), or fundraising within an investment banking environment ・Fundamental understanding and practical experience in conducting research, formulating strategies, and coordinating with external legal, tax, and accounting experts across various jurisdictions ・Eagerness to acquire knowledge about global financial strategies ・Possess a venture-minded approach and thrive in a collaborative team environment with a strong sense of ownership RGF Privacy Policy - https://www.singapore.rgf-professional.com/privacy-policy Disclaimer: The Company complies with the Tripartite Guidelines on Fair Employment Practices (TGFEP), including the prevailing guidelines on recruitment.
