【業務内容 / Job Description】

- Conducting timely and efficient fundamental analysis on companies as on overlay to our event driven long / short recommendations and research. Focusing on liquid mid and large cap companies. 

- Making company visits in Japan 

- Attend IR and investor events 

- Be able to listen in and interpret analyst’s conference calls immediately 

- Assist on maintain our recommendations and research on our internal research systems. 

- Assist the other teams with Japanese translations and company checks 

- Assisting the sales team with marketing trips to all key financial centres around the world. 

- To be able to build a relationship with Japanese focused funds domestically in Japan but also around the world (Singapore, NY etc.)

- Motivated and entrepreneurial driven to grow their business within the business 

- Sound mathematical and excel skills 

- Accuracy, diligence and a high level of attention to detail 

- Presentation and writing skills must be excellent 

- Excellent at financial modelling and applying their knowledge 

- Strong team ethic

    Our Client: Our client provides a comprehensive range of financial products and services, including equity, mezzanine, senior debt, and financial advisory services. They are currently seeking a native Japanese-speaking M&A Advisor to primarily assist in facilitating overseas investments for Japanese companies. The position is based in Singapore. The Responsibilities: • Support for overseas investment by Japanese companies in the ASEAN region, etc. • Overall deal process / task flow: Having general understanding of the deal process and a strong commitment to the entire process • Material preparation: Performing research and preparing presentation materials as directed by seniors for deal generation and execution purpose • Negotiation / Coordination: Assist in the communication between various parties involved in the M&A process, including legal / financial professionals, as well as senior executives from target companies, with direction from senior members • Overall deal process / task flow: Providing the appropriate support for the deal process as directed by senior members of the team • Material preparation: Researching and extracting data for material preparation as directed by senior members of the team • Coordination: Assisting in the coordination and communication process between various parties involved in the M&A process, as directed by senior members The Requirements: • Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Law or equivalent • Min 3 years of experience in M&A advisory / M&A transaction advisory / Corporate investment / corporate financing • Experience in using financial statements • Possessing, or being willing to acquire, basic knowledge on financial valuation and financial modelling • Being resourceful and having initiative to ensure successful outcomes • Proficient in Japanese Language as this role would be required to liaise with native Japanese- speaking clients and stakeholders in various countries RGF Privacy Policy – https://www.singapore.rgf-professional.com/privacy-policy Disclaimer: The Company complies with the Tripartite Guidelines on Fair Employment Practices (TGFEP), including the prevailing guidelines on recruitment.
