Deputy Chief Operation Officer (90K–150K) (SDG-61440)

<Job Responsibilities>
- Be responsible of the overall management of the company
- Manage 3 types of current business portfolio and create the corporate strategy to expand the profit and sales by utilizing the assets
- Alwasy analyze the issue of business and find the key successful KPI of each business and have deep discussion with local managers to accomplish and penetrate sales and marketing strategy
- Need to judge to create new business as a business portfolio in order to plan the future development of the company
- Be responsible for maintaining PL and cashflow situation and prepare the solution in advance
- Sometimes need to support coordination between HQ and Thailand
- Other duties assigned by CEO or HQ in Japan
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
- Thai nationality, Male/ Female 30 - 45 years old
- Bachelor’s Degree
- Have working experience as top management of small to middle scale of company
- Conversational high level of English
- Person who can analyze PL and cashflow by checking financial statement
- Person who can overview the multiple business as big picture and can allocate the suitable business portfolio to develop the company continuously
- Person who is eager to grow up together with the company
<Preferable Skill / Experience>
- Conversational level of Japanese
- Have strong Marketing background in B to C industry
- Working experience to deal with a distributor in a trading company
- Working experience to set up new company in Thailand

<หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ>
--รับผิดชอบการบริหารงานโดยรวมของบริษัท
--จัดการพอร์ตธุรกิจปัจจุบัน 3 ประเภท และสร้างกลยุทธ์องค์กรเพื่อขยายผลกำไรและการขายโดยใช้สินทรัพย์
- วิเคราะห์ปัญหาของธุรกิจอยู่เสมอและค้นหา KPI ที่ประสบความสำเร็จที่สำคัญของแต่ละธุรกิจ และหารือกับผู้จัดการท้องถิ่นอย่างลึกซึ้งเพื่อบรรลุและเจาะลึกกลยุทธ์การขายและการตลาด
--ต้องตัดสินให้สร้างธุรกิจใหม่เป็นพอร์ตธุรกิจเพื่อวางแผนการพัฒนาบริษัทในอนาคต
--รับผิดชอบในการรักษา PL และสถานการณ์กระแสเงินสดและเตรียมการแก้ปัญหาล่วงหน้า
--บางครั้งจำเป็นต้องสนับสนุนการประสานงานระหว่างกองบัญชาการและประเทศไทย
--หน้าที่อื่นๆ ที่ได้รับมอบหมายจาก CEO หรือ HQ ในญี่ปุ่น
<ทักษะ / ประสบการณ์ที่จำเป็น>
--สัญชาติไทย ชาย/หญิง 30 --45 ปี
--ปริญญาตรี
--มีประสบการณ์การทำงานเป็นผู้บริหารระดับสูงของบริษัทขนาดเล็กถึงขนาดกลาง
--สนทนาภาษาอังกฤษระดับสูง
--บุคคลที่สามารถวิเคราะห์ PL และกระแสเงินสดโดยการตรวจสอบงบการเงิน
--บุคคลที่สามารถเห็นภาพรวมของธุรกิจที่หลากหลายเป็นภาพใหญ่และสามารถจัดสรรพอร์ตธุรกิจที่เหมาะสมเพื่อพัฒนาบริษัทได้อย่างต่อเนื่อง
--บุคคลที่กระตือรือร้นที่จะเติบโตไปพร้อมกับบริษัท

--ระดับการสนทนาภาษาญี่ปุ่น
--มีพื้นฐานการตลาดที่แข็งแกร่งในอุตสาหกรรม B ถึง C
--ประสบการณ์การทำงานเพื่อจัดการกับผู้จัดจำหน่ายในบริษัทการค้า
--ประสบการณ์การทำงานในการจัดตั้งบริษัทใหม่ในประเทศไทย
