Business Development Manager (Project Development) (80K–120K) (SDG-60757)

<Job Responsibilities>
- Analyze potential project and manage project, seeking for new partnership to expand new business
- Research finance and marketing technical to analysis the return of investment
- Conduct the feasibility studies and other necessary matters in order to extract the potential business direction
- Manage business plan and planning yearly budget
- Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget
- Review terms or regulations that related with construction permit, application for investment promotion and etc., in order to operate the project in accordance with the law and regulations.
- Develop skill and knowledge of employee and supervise employee performance according to company regulations
- Oversee regulations of project analysis process under quality system and perform work follow to the term

<Necessary Skill / Experience >
- Thai nationality, Male/ Female 37 - 45 years old
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or related fields.
- At least 3-5 years' experiences in Business Development especially in new projects of Clean energy, Petrochemical or other chemical products
- Ability to conduct the full scale of Feasibility Studies, IRR and/or ROI and other related skills
- Have experience in subordinate management
- Good command of verbal and written English (to use in presentation and documentation)

<Preferable Skill / Experience>
- Bachelor's and/or Master's Degree in Engineering, Science, Biotechnology and/or Business Economics/ Finance
- Working experience in Energy company

<หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ>
- วิเคราะห์โครงการที่มีศักยภาพและจัดการโครงการหาพันธมิตรใหม่เพื่อขยายธุรกิจใหม่
- วิจัยด้านการเงินและเทคนิคการตลาดเพื่อวิเคราะห์ผลตอบแทนของการลงทุน
- ดำเนินการศึกษาความเป็นไปได้และเรื่องอื่น ๆ ที่จำเป็นเพื่อดึงทิศทางธุรกิจที่เป็นไปได้
- จัดการแผนธุรกิจและวางแผนงบประมาณรายปี
- ตรวจสอบให้แน่ใจว่าโครงการทั้งหมดได้รับการส่งมอบตรงเวลาภายในขอบเขตและภายในงบประมาณ
- ทบทวนข้อกำหนดหรือระเบียบที่เกี่ยวข้องกับใบอนุญาตก่อสร้างการขอรับการส่งเสริมการลงทุนและอื่น ๆ เพื่อดำเนินโครงการให้เป็นไปตามกฎหมายและระเบียบข้อบังคับ
- พัฒนาทักษะความรู้ของพนักงานและดูแลการปฏิบัติงานของพนักงานตามข้อบังคับของ บริษัท
- ดูแลระเบียบกระบวนการวิเคราะห์โครงการภายใต้ระบบคุณภาพและปฏิบัติงานให้เป็นไปตามข้อกำหนด

<ทักษะ / ประสบการณ์ที่จำเป็น>
- สัญชาติไทยเพศชาย / หญิงอายุ 37 - 45 ปี
- ปริญญาตรีสาขาวิทยาการคอมพิวเตอร์วิศวกรรมคอมพิวเตอร์หรือสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- มีประสบการณ์อย่างน้อย 3-5 ปีในการพัฒนาธุรกิจโดยเฉพาะในโครงการใหม่ด้านพลังงานสะอาดปิโตรเคมีหรือผลิตภัณฑ์เคมีอื่น ๆ
- ความสามารถในการศึกษาความเป็นไปได้เต็มรูปแบบ IRR และ / หรือ ROI และทักษะอื่น ๆ ที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- มีประสบการณ์ในการบริหารงานผู้ใต้บังคับบัญชา
- สามารถพูดและเขียนภาษาอังกฤษได้ดี (เพื่อใช้ในการนำเสนอและจัดทำเอกสาร)

<ทักษะ / ประสบการณ์ที่ต้องการ>
- ปริญญาตรีและ / หรือปริญญาโทสาขาวิศวกรรมศาสตร์วิทยาศาสตร์เทคโนโลยีชีวภาพและ / หรือเศรษฐศาสตร์ธุรกิจ / การเงิน
- ประสบการณ์การทำงานใน บริษัท พลังงาน
