Construction Project Manager (Manufacturing and High Rise) (60K–85K) (SDG-58047)

<Job Responsibilities>
- Collaborate with engineers, architects etc. to determine the specifications of the project
- Negotiate contracts with external vendors to reach profitable agreements
- Obtain permits and licenses from appropriate authorities
- Determine needed resources (manpower, equipment and materials) from start to finish with attention to budgetary limitations
- Plan all construction operations and schedule intermediate phases to ensure deadlines will be met
- Acquire equipment and material and monitor stocks to timely handle inadequacies
- Hire contractors and other staff and allocate responsibilities
- Supervise the work of laborers, mechanics etc. and give them guidance when needed
- Evaluate progress and prepare detailed reports
- Ensure adherence to all health and safety standards and report issues
- Other tasks as assigned

<Necessary Skill / Experience >
- Thai nationality, Male, 38-45 years old
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineer
- 8-10 years or above of experiences in Construction Project Manager of Manufacturing and/or High-Rise construction
- Computer skill: CAD/ AutoCAD
- Have License of Professional Practice (Associate Civil Engineer)
- Have own car and driving license
- Able to work/stay over in the upcountry (occasional, at provided accommodation)
- Basic command of verbal and written English (use in documents / to communicate, they have internal Interpreter)
- Able to work actively under pressure and hard-working
- Able to show the decisive and leadership skills

Workplace Area: BTS Udomsuk, Central Bangna, Bangkok
Working Hour 8:00-17:00(Mon-Fri (SAT: occasional, around 4-5 times per year) Work in upcountry as assigned by projects)

<หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ>
- ทำงานร่วมกับวิศวกรสถาปนิก ฯลฯ เพื่อกำหนดข้อกำหนดของโครงการ
- เจรจาสัญญากับผู้ขายภายนอกเพื่อบรรลุข้อตกลงที่ทำกำไร
- ขอใบอนุญาตและใบอนุญาตจากหน่วยงานที่เหมาะสม
- กำหนดทรัพยากรที่จำเป็น (กำลังคนอุปกรณ์และวัสดุ) ตั้งแต่ต้นจนจบโดยคำนึงถึงข้อ จำกัด ด้านงบประมาณ
- วางแผนการดำเนินการก่อสร้างทั้งหมดและกำหนดระยะเวลาขั้นกลางเพื่อให้แน่ใจว่าจะเป็นไปตามกำหนดเวลา
- จัดหาอุปกรณ์และวัสดุและตรวจสอบสต็อคเพื่อจัดการกับความไม่เพียงพอในเวลาที่เหมาะสม
- จ้างผู้รับเหมาและเจ้าหน้าที่อื่น ๆ และจัดสรรความรับผิดชอบ
- ควบคุมดูแลการทำงานของกรรมกรกลศาสตร์ ฯลฯ และให้คำแนะนำเมื่อจำเป็น
- ประเมินความคืบหน้าและจัดทำรายงานโดยละเอียด
- ตรวจสอบการปฏิบัติตามมาตรฐานด้านสุขภาพและความปลอดภัยทั้งหมดและรายงานปัญหา
- งานอื่น ๆ ตามที่ได้รับมอบหมาย

<ทักษะ / ประสบการณ์ที่จำเป็น>
- สัญชาติไทยเพศชายอายุ 38-45 ปี
- สำเร็จการศึกษาระดับปริญญาตรีสาขาวิศวกรโยธา
- มีประสบการณ์ 8-10 ปีขึ้นไปในผู้จัดการโครงการก่อสร้างด้านการผลิตและ / หรืองานก่อสร้างอาคารสูง
- ทักษะคอมพิวเตอร์: CAD / AutoCAD
- มีใบอนุญาตประกอบวิชาชีพ (รองวิศวกรโยธา)
- มีรถยนต์และใบขับขี่เป็นของตัวเอง
- สามารถทำงาน / อยู่ต่างจังหวัดได้ (เป็นครั้งคราวตามที่พักที่จัดไว้ให้)
- สามารถใช้คำพูดและภาษาอังกฤษเป็นลายลักษณ์อักษรพื้นฐาน (ใช้ในเอกสาร / ในการสื่อสารมีล่ามภายใน)
- สามารถทำงานได้อย่างแข็งขันภายใต้ความกดดันและทำงานหนัก
- สามารถแสดงทักษะที่เด็ดขาดและเป็นผู้นำ
