Production Control Supervisor
(30K – 45K) (SDG-57717)
หัวหน้างานควบคุมการผลิต

Duties & Responsibilities:
• Plan and control production plan to meet shipping date according to order plan.
• Check the cutting production process and product quality before delivery.
• Coordinate with sales team to ensure the product specification.
• Check and control inventory
• To be responsible for Quality system, ISO system and related documents.
• Handle and support customer claim and control supplier quality
• Perform and ensure safe working practices are maintained with standard.
• Handle machine preventive maintenance and check machine to work properly.
• Control and train subordinates


Necessary Skill / Experience
• Age 30-40 years
• Male only
• Bachelor's degree
• 5 years of experiences in production planning, quality and/or production control work in manufacturing/machines companies
• Management experiences around 5-8 persons in minimum
• ISO and other related documents experiences
• Good command of verbal and written English (to communicate internally with Korean Managers)
• Experiences in machines for steel is preferable
• Experiences in coordinating for shipping and/or logistics part is preferable

Working Hour: 8:00-17:00(Mon-Fri (Sat: None))

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ:
•วางแผนและควบคุมแผนการผลิตให้ตรงตามวันที่จัดส่งตามแผนการสั่งซื้อ
•ตรวจสอบกระบวนการผลิตและคุณภาพของผลิตภัณฑ์ก่อนส่งมอบ
•ประสานงานกับทีมขายเพื่อตรวจสอบคุณสมบัติของผลิตภัณฑ์
•ตรวจสอบและควบคุมสินค้าคงคลัง
•รับผิดชอบระบบคุณภาพระบบ ISO และเอกสารที่เกี่ยวข้อง
•จัดการและสนับสนุนข้อเรียกร้องของลูกค้าและควบคุมคุณภาพของซัพพลายเออร์
•ปฏิบัติและดูแลให้มีการปฏิบัติงานที่ปลอดภัยตามมาตรฐาน
•จัดการการบำรุงรักษาเชิงป้องกันและตรวจสอบเครื่องเพื่อให้ทำงานได้อย่างถูกต้อง
•ควบคุมและฝึกอบรมผู้ใต้บังคับบัญชา


ทักษะ / ประสบการณ์ที่จำเป็น
•อายุ 30-40 ปี
•ผู้ชายเท่านั้น
•ปริญญาตรี
•ประสบการณ์ 5 ปีในการวางแผนการผลิตคุณภาพและ / หรืองานควบคุมการผลิตใน บริษัท ผู้ผลิต / เครื่องจักร
•ประสบการณ์การบริหารประมาณ 5-8 คนเป็นอย่างน้อย
•ประสบการณ์ ISO และเอกสารอื่น ๆ ที่เกี่ยวข้อง
•สามารถพูดและเขียนภาษาอังกฤษได้ดี (เพื่อสื่อสารกับผู้จัดการชาวเกาหลีภายใน)
•ควรมีประสบการณ์ในเครื่องจักรสำหรับเหล็ก
•มีประสบการณ์ในการประสานงานด้านการขนส่งสินค้าและ / หรือส่วนโลจิสติกส์เป็นที่ต้องการ
