<Job Responsibilities>
- Design, prove, implement and maintain production systems to deliver
- product on time, to quality requirements and to cost
- Drive functional excellence of the production engineering team
- Drive continuous improvement activities in quality, cycle times, process
- improvement, machine availability through lean techniques and value
- engineering to enhance the capability of existing processes and remove
- waste
- Cost control in terms of effectiveness and efficiency
- Oversee and manage the overall working operation of Engineering team in accordance of company direction
- Monitor and operate the working performance, analyze and find the right solutions to prevent the defects occurred
- Update and provide sufficient training within section, department and organization
- Manage the completion of related documents under supervision
- Other related tasks as assigned

<Necessary Skill / Experience >
- Thai nationality, Male/ Female 30-40 years old
- Bachelor’s degree or Master's Degree of Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
- More than 5 years of working experiences in Engineering tasks in manufacturing companies
- Management experiences: more than 10 persons
- Engineering knowledge: manual and automatic machines
- Good command of written English (mainly use in documents)

<Preferable Skill / Experience>
- Direct experiences in printing machines

Working Hour: 8:30-18:30(Monday - Friday (SAT: Occasional, and able to take leave in another day))

<หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ>
- ออกแบบพิสูจน์ใช้และบำรุงรักษาระบบการผลิตเพื่อส่งมอบ
- ผลิตตรงเวลาตามข้อกำหนดด้านคุณภาพและต้นทุน
- ขับเคลื่อนความเป็นเลิศด้านการทำงานของทีมวิศวกรการผลิต
- ขับเคลื่อนกิจกรรมการปรับปรุงคุณภาพอย่างต่อเนื่องรอบเวลากระบวนการ
- การปรับปรุงความพร้อมของเครื่องจักรผ่านเทคนิคแบบลีนและความคุ้มค่า
- วิศวกรรมเพื่อเพิ่มขีดความสามารถของกระบวนการที่มีอยู่และลบออก

- การควบคุมต้นทุนในแง่ของประสิทธิผลและประสิทธิภาพ
- ดูแลและจัดการการทำงานโดยรวมของทีมวิศวกรตามทิศทางของ บริษัท
- ตรวจสอบและดำเนินการประสิทธิภาพการทำงานวิเคราะห์และค้นหาแนวทางแก้ไขที่เหมาะสมเพื่อป้องกันข้อบกพร่องที่เกิดขึ้น
- อัปเดตและจัดให้มีการฝึกอบรมที่เพียงพอภายในส่วนแผนกและองค์กร
- จัดการความสมบูรณ์ของเอกสารที่เกี่ยวข้องภายใต้การดูแล
- งานอื่น ๆ ที่เกี่ยวข้องตามที่ได้รับมอบหมาย

<ทักษะ / ประสบการณ์ที่จำเป็น>
- สัญชาติไทยเพศชาย / หญิงอายุ 30-40 ปี
- สำเร็จการศึกษาระดับปริญญาตรีหรือปริญญาโทสาขาวิศวกรรมเครื่องกลหรือไฟฟ้า
- ประสบการณ์การทำงานด้านวิศวกรรมใน บริษัท ผู้ผลิตมากกว่า 5 ปี
- ประสบการณ์การบริหาร: มากกว่า 10 ท่าน
- ความรู้ด้านวิศวกรรม: เครื่องจักรด้วยตนเองและอัตโนมัติ
- สามารถเขียนภาษาอังกฤษได้ดี (ส่วนใหญ่ใช้ในเอกสาร)

- ประสบการณ์ตรงในเครื่องพิมพ์
