<Job Responsibilities>
- Taking care company regulation to follow by company goal
- Considering and in charge of company dispute, law concerned matter and give law advice to employee
- Responsible for cases and also proceed court activity as company representative
- Review various type of contracts, company notice, company letter, company regulation etc.
- Coordinate between internal & external in related issue
- Give advice on board/ shareholder meeting
- Other tasks as assigned

<Necessary Skill / Experience >
- Thai nationality, Male/Female 37-50 years old
- Bachelor’s degree in Law field
- Strong experience in Law field (any Industry)
- Holding Barrister-at law certificate
- Holding Attorney license
- Good command of English Language (reviewing contract, internal communication etc.)
- Well tasks management including cases and court activity
- Good command of MS office

<Preferable Skill / Experience>
- Experience in Japanese company

Working Hour: 9:00-18:45(Mon-Fri (Sat: Non))

<หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ>
- ดูแลกฎระเบียบของ บริษัท ให้เป็นไปตามเป้าหมายของ บริษัท
- พิจารณาและรับผิดชอบข้อพิพาทของ บริษัท กฎหมายที่เกี่ยวข้องและให้คำแนะนำด้านกฎหมายแก่พนักงาน
- รับผิดชอบคดีและดำเนินกิจกรรมทางศาลในฐานะตัวแทน บริษัท
- ตรวจสอบสัญญาประเภทต่างๆประกาศ บริษัท จดหมาย บริษัท ข้อบังคับ บริษัท ฯลฯ
- ประสานงานระหว่างภายในและภายนอกในประเด็นที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- ให้คำแนะนำในการประชุมคณะกรรมการ / ผู้ถือหุ้น
- งานอื่น ๆ ตามที่ได้รับมอบหมาย

<ทักษะ / ประสบการณ์ที่จำเป็น>
- สัญชาติไทยเพศชาย / หญิงอายุ 37-50 ปี
- ปริญญาตรีสาขากฎหมาย
- มีประสบการณ์ในสาขากฎหมาย (ทุกอุตสาหกรรม)
- ถือใบรับรองเนติบัณฑิตยสภา
- มีใบอนุญาตทนายความ
- สามารถสื่อสารภาษาอังกฤษได้ดี (ตรวจสอบสัญญาการสื่อสารภายในองค์กร ฯลฯ )
- การจัดการงานที่ดีรวมถึงคดีและกิจกรรมในศาล
- สามารถใช้ MS office ได้ดี

- มีประสบการณ์ใน บริษัท ญี่ปุ่น
