Job Detail

<Job Responsibilities>
- Taking care overall Accounting related tasks such as AP and key-in data to company accounting system
- Support team members and monitor their input accounting data to be correct on time with no mistake
- Manage and collect accounting data by using MS Excel
- Support for Monthly, Yearly closing process
- Manage petty cash, rental and service fee transactions and tax
- Contact and visit Revenue Department for related issue
- Making report
- Other tasks as assigned

<Necessary Skill / Experience >
- Thai nationality, Female age 28-35 years old
- Bachler's degree in Accounting field
- At least 5 years experienced in Accounting field
- At least 2 years management skills with subordinates
- Good command of English Language (Conversational Mid is acceptable)
- Good command of MS office especially MS Excel

<Preferable Skill / Experience>
- Experience of Navision

<หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ>
- ดูแลงานด้านบัญชีโดยรวมเช่น AP และคีย์ข้อมูลเข้าระบบบัญชี บริษัท
- สนับสนุนสมาชิกในทีมและตรวจสอบข้อมูลบัญชีอินพุตของพวกเขาให้ถูกต้องตรงเวลาโดยไม่ผิดพลาด
- จัดการและรวบรวมข้อมูลทางบัญชีโดยใช้ MS Excel
- รองรับกระบวนการปิดบัญชีรายเดือนรายปี
- จัดการเงินสดย่อยธุรกรรมค่าเช่าและค่าบริการและภาษี
- ติดต่อสอบถามปัญหาที่เกี่ยวข้องกับกรมสรรพากร
- ทำรายงาน
- งานอื่น ๆ ตามที่ได้รับมอบหมาย

<ทักษะ / ประสบการณ์ที่จำเป็น>
- สัญชาติไทยเพศหญิงอายุ 28-35 ปี
- ปริญญาของ Bachler ในสาขาการบัญชี
- มีประสบการณ์ด้านบัญชีอย่างน้อย 5 ปี
- มีทักษะในการบริหารงานกับผู้ใต้บังคับบัญชาอย่างน้อย 2 ปี
- สามารถสื่อสารภาษาอังกฤษได้ดี (สามารถสนทนาภาษากลางได้)
- สามารถใช้ MS office ได้ดีโดยเฉพาะ MS Excel
