Production planner (Supervisor level)

หัวหน้างานวางแผนการผลิต

Duties & Responsibilities:
• Make production plan based on sales forecasts
• Check the raw material and packaging for production plan
• Prepare WI by putting data in ERP system
• Coordinate with production team and CH HQ then manage delivery and order clients requirement by using ERP system
• Monitor all process flow to ensure that the process are in control.
• Report to manager
• Other task might be assigned.


Necessary Skill / Experience
• Age 25-40 years
• Bachelor's degree in Chinese language or any related field
• At least 1 year working experience as production control, purchase(Be able to plan and control production)
• Advanced conversational middle level of Chinese(HSK4 up, Be able to read and write document and understand what Chinese said)
• Have knowledge of ERP(such as ESW, MRP)
• Good at calculate
• Be able to use MSO
• High communication, negotiation skill
• Willing to learn new things
• Have knowledge of metal stamping is preferable

Working Hour: 8:00-17:00(Mon-Fri*Every Saturday)

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ:
•จัดทำแผนการผลิตตามการคาดการณ์การขาย
•ตรวจสอบวัตถุดิบและบรรจุภัณฑ์สำหรับแผนการผลิต
•จัดทำ WI โดยใส่ข้อมูลในระบบ ERP
•ประสานงานกับทีมผลิตและ CH HQ จากนั้นจัดการการจัดส่งและสั่งซื้อตามความต้องการของลูกค้าโดยใช้ระบบ ERP
•ตรวจสอบการไหลของกระบวนการทั้งหมดเพื่อให้แน่ใจว่ากระบวนการอยู่ในการควบคุม
•รายงานต่อผู้จัดการ
•อาจมีการมอบหมายงานอื่น ๆ


ทักษะ / ประสบการณ์ที่จำเป็น
•อายุ 25-40 ปี
•ปริญญาตรีสาขาภาษาจีนหรือสาขาอื่นที่เกี่ยวข้อง
•ประสบการณ์ทำงานอย่างน้อย 1 ปีในตำแหน่งควบคุมการผลิตจัดซื้อ (สามารถวางแผนและควบคุมการผลิตได้)
•การสนทนาขั้นสูงระดับกลางของภาษาจีน (HSK4 ขึ้นไปสามารถอ่านและเขียนเอกสารและเข้าใจสิ่งที่ภาษาจีนพูด)
•มีความรู้เกี่ยวกับ ERP (เช่น ESW, MRP)
•เก่งในการคำนวณ
•สามารถใช้ MSO
•มีทักษะในการสื่อสารและการเจรจาต่อรองสูง
•ยินดีที่จะเรียนรู้สิ่งใหม่ ๆ
•มีความรู้ในการปั๊มโลหะจะดีกว่า
