<Job Responsibilities>
- Apply license for import to TISI and MOC(DIT) to import Hazardous Material/Chemical
- Prepare documents related apply license
- In case Inspection is required, contact to TISI and adjust the schedule via e-mai or phone and inform to customer
- Correspondences in English with domestic and overseas customers
- Share knowledge of applying license to other customer service members
- Other duties assigned by manager
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
- Thai nationality, Male/Female, age 25-40 years old
- Bachelor’s degree
- At least 3 years working experience as customer service or sales assistant in Logistics company
- Experience in handling TISI and MOC(DIT) license support (Product: Hazardous Material, Battely, Chemical etc.)
- Conversational high level of English(Same level as TOEIC 650)
- Person who have ability to negotiate and understand import-export process
- Experience of task dealing with FDA is advantage
<Preferable Skill / Experience>
- Have knowledge in BOI tasks

<หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ>
- ขอใบอนุญาตนำเข้ามอก. และ MOC (DIT) เพื่อนำเข้าวัตถุอันตราย / เคมี
- จัดเตรียมเอกสารที่เกี่ยวข้องกับใบอนุญาต
- ในกรณีที่จำเป็นต้องมีการตรวจสอบโปรดติดต่อสมอ. และปรับเปลี่ยนกำหนดการทาง e-mai หรือโทรศัพท์และแจ้งให้ลูกค้าทราบ
- การติดต่อเป็นภาษาอังกฤษกับลูกค้าในประเทศและต่างประเทศ
- แบ่งปันความรู้ในการขอใบอนุญาตให้กับสมาชิกฝ่ายบริการลูกค้าคนอื่น ๆ
- หน้าที่อื่น ๆ ที่ได้รับมอบหมายจากผู้จัดการ
<ทักษะ / ประสบการณ์ที่จำเป็น>
- สัญชาติไทยเพศชาย / หญิงอายุ 25-40 ปี
- ปริญญาตรี
- มีประสบการณ์ทำงานอย่างน้อย 3 ปีในตำแหน่งบริการลูกค้าหรือผู้ช่วยฝ่ายขายใน บริษัท Logistics
- มีประสบการณ์ในการจัดการการสนับสนุนใบอนุญาต TISI และ MOC (DIT) (สินค้า: วัตถุอันตราย, สารเคมี, สารเคมี ฯลฯ )
- สนทนาภาษาอังกฤษระดับสูง (ระดับเดียวกับ TOEIC 650)
- บุคคลที่มีความสามารถในการเจรจาและเข้าใจกระบวนการนำเข้า - ส่งออก
- มีประสบการณ์ในการปฏิบัติงานเกี่ยวกับอย
