Production process design &Maintenance (Member level)

ฝ่ายออกแบบกระบวนการผลิตและบำรุงรักษา (ระดับพนักงาน)

Duties & Responsibilities:
• Maintain and design for all facilities, jigs in production line
• Control standard of equipment and tools use in production line
• Review and test new equipment and tools for production line to reduce manufacturing cost
• Improve manufacturing efficiency by analyzing and planning
• Analysis preventive methods and problems when machine broken
• Develop process layout and set up production standard
• Coordinate with supplier
• Other tasks might be assigned


Necessary Skill / Experience
• Age 25-35 years
• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical field
• At least 5 year experience of maintenance in machine industry
• Advanced Conversational low level of English(just report to JP GM)
• Have using experience of MC(Fanuc) and be able to program
• Be able to read and write drawing
• Have experience of production trial manufacture
• Have knowledge and experience of PLC

Workplace Area: Pinthong Industrial Estate
Working Hour: 8:00-17:00(Mon-Fri *Every other Saturday working(Depends on company situation))

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ:
•ดูแลและออกแบบสิ่งอำนวยความสะดวกอุปกรณ์จับยึดในสายการผลิตทั้งหมด
•ควบคุมมาตรฐานอุปกรณ์และเครื่องมือที่ใช้ในสายการผลิต
•ตรวจสอบและทดสอบอุปกรณ์และเครื่องมือใหม่สำหรับสายการผลิตเพื่อลดต้นทุนการผลิต
•ปรับปรุงประสิทธิภาพการผลิตโดยการวิเคราะห์และวางแผน
•วิเคราะห์วิธีการป้องกันและปัญหาเมื่อเครื่องเสีย
•พัฒนารูปแบบกระบวนการและกำหนดมาตรฐานการผลิต
•ประสานงานกับซัพพลายเออร์
•อาจมีการมอบหมายงานอื่น ๆ


ทักษะ / ประสบการณ์ที่จำเป็น
•อายุ 25-35 ปี
•วุฒิการศึกษาปริญญาตรีสาขาเครื่องกล, ไฟฟ้า
•มีประสบการณ์ด้านการบำรุงรักษาในอุตสาหกรรมเครื่องจักรอย่างน้อย 5 ปี
•การสนทนาภาษาอังกฤษขั้นสูงระดับต่ำ (เพียงรายงานต่อ JP GM)
•มีประสบการณ์การใช้งาน MC (Fanuc) และสามารถเขียนโปรแกรมได้
•สามารถอ่านและเขียนภาพวาด
•มีประสบการณ์ในการทดลองผลิต
•มีความรู้และประสบการณ์บมจ

ญี่ปุ่น: ไม่มี


พื้นที่สถานที่ทำงาน: นิคมอุตสาหกรรมปิ่นทอง
ชั่วโมงการทำงาน: 8: 00-17: 00 น. (จันทร์ - ศุกร์ * ทำงานวันเสาร์อื่น ๆ (ขึ้นอยู่กับสถานการณ์ของ บริษัท ))
