Technical Supervisor
(35K – 45K) (SDG- 56268)

Duties & Responsibilities:
• Take care new project regarding to R&D function in the company
• Provide the RD strategy and implementing strategy by cooperating with production
• Ensure that project/department milestones/goals are met and adhere to approved budget
• Drive knowledge management by keeping up with internal and external developments and ensuring development, transfer and retention of knowledge
• Participate in cross-functional teams, issues advice and/or customer and manufacturing support at request or at own initiative
• Works as R&D technical to produce the best formulation for the project
• Develop and maintain relations with internal and external suppliers and experts to stay abreast of new polymer technologies which may translate to product development projects
• Prioritize activities in accordance with business needs and optimizes efficiency
• Lead R&D and Technical Service contact for customers and attends customer meetings and develops overview and technology presentation information within the organization
• Other tasks might be assigned


Necessary Skill / Experience
• Age 35-40 years
• Bachelor’s degree in Science (Chemistry) or related field
• Having 5 years working experience in paint manufacturer as R&D with formulation
• Having experience of taking care plastic paint toward automotive
• Having 3 years management experience
• Well-organized personality
• Have a knowledge of IATF 16949 : 2016, ISO 14001.
• Basic level of English
• Good command of English or Japanese is preferable

Workplace Area: Laem Chabang Industrial Estate
Working Hour: 8:00-17:00(Monday-Friday)

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ:
•ดูแลโครงการใหม่เกี่ยวกับงาน R&D ใน บริษัท
•จัดทำกลยุทธ์ RD และดำเนินกลยุทธ์โดยร่วมมือกับการผลิต
•ตรวจสอบให้แน่ใจว่าเหตุการณ์สำคัญของโครงการ / แผนก / เป้าหมายเป็นไปตามและเป็นไปตามงบประมาณที่ได้รับอนุมัติ
•ขับเคลื่อนการจัดการความรู้โดยติดตามการพัฒนาทั้งภายในและภายนอกและสร้างความมั่นใจในการพัฒนาถ่ายทอดและรักษาความรู้
•เข้าร่วมในทีมข้ามสายงานออกคำแนะนำและ / หรือลูกค้าและการสนับสนุนด้านการผลิตตามคำขอหรือตามความคิดริเริ่มของตนเอง
•ทำงานเป็นเทคนิค R&D เพื่อสร้างสูตรที่ดีที่สุดสำหรับโครงการ
•พัฒนาและรักษาความสัมพันธ์กับซัพพลายเออร์และผู้เชี่ยวชาญทั้งภายในและภายนอกเพื่อให้ทันเทคโนโลยีโพลีเมอร์ใหม่ ๆ ซึ่งอาจส่งผลต่อโครงการพัฒนาผลิตภัณฑ์
•จัดลำดับความสำคัญของกิจกรรมให้สอดคล้องกับความต้องการทางธุรกิจและเพิ่มประสิทธิภาพ
•นำการติดต่อฝ่ายวิจัยและพัฒนาและบริการด้านเทคนิคสำหรับลูกค้าและเข้าร่วมการประชุมลูกค้าและพัฒนาภาพรวมและข้อมูลการนำเสนอเทคโนโลยีภายในองค์กร
•อาจมีการมอบหมายงานอื่น ๆ


ทักษะ / ประสบการณ์ที่จำเป็น
•อายุ 35-40 ปี
•ปริญญาตรีสาขาวิทยาศาสตร์ (เคมี) หรือสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง
•มีประสบการณ์ทำงาน 5 ปีในผู้ผลิตสีในตำแหน่ง R&D ด้วยการกำหนดสูตร
•มีประสบการณ์ในการดูแลสีพลาสติกต่อรถยนต์
•มีประสบการณ์บริหาร 3 ปี
•บุคลิกภาพที่มีระเบียบแบบแผน
•มีความรู้เกี่ยวกับ IATF 16949: 2016, ISO 14001
•ระดับพื้นฐานของภาษาอังกฤษ
•สามารถสื่อสารภาษาอังกฤษหรือภาษาญี่ปุ่นได้จะดีมาก
