<Job Responsibilities>
- Responsible for product planning and make sure its deliver as confirmed schedule
- Control production line run smoothly
- Coordinate monthly production workflow for every products
- Plan and prioritize operations to ensure maximum performance and minimum delay
- Determine manpower, equipment and raw materials needed to cover production demand
- Assign workers and other staff to particular production operations
- Schedule shift according to production needs
- Monitor jobs to ensure they will finish on time and within budget
- Address issues when they arise aiming for minimum disruption
- Obtain output information (number of finished products, percentage of defectives etc.)
- Prepare and submit status and performance reports

<Necessary Skill / Experience >
- Thai nationality, Male, age 28-40 years old
- Bachelor’s degree
- Having 3-5 years’ experience of production planning
- Excellent knowledge of production planning and quality control principles
- Familiar with electronic product such as printer
- Good at math / Microsoft Excel
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication abilities

<หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ>
- รับผิดชอบในการวางแผนผลิตภัณฑ์และตรวจสอบให้แน่ใจว่าส่งมอบตามกำหนดการที่ได้รับการยืนยัน
- ควบคุมสายการผลิตให้ดำเนินไปอย่างราบรื่น
- ประสานงานขั้นตอนการผลิตประจำเดือนสำหรับทุกผลิตภัณฑ์
- วางแผนและจัดลำดับความสำคัญของการดำเนินงานเพื่อให้แน่ใจว่ามีประสิทธิภาพสูงสุดและล่าช้าน้อยที่สุด
- กำหนดกำลังคนอุปกรณ์และวัตถุดิบที่จำเป็นเพื่อรองรับความต้องการในการผลิต
- มอบหมายคนงานและเจ้าหน้าที่อื่น ๆ ให้ดำเนินการผลิตโดยเฉพาะ
- กำหนดเวลาเปลี่ยนตามความต้องการในการผลิต
- ตรวจสอบงานเพื่อให้แน่ใจว่าจะเสร็จทันเวลาและภายในงบประมาณ
- แก้ไขปัญหาเมื่อเกิดขึ้นโดยมีเป้าหมายเพื่อให้เกิดการหยุดชะงักน้อยที่สุด
- รับข้อมูลผลลัพธ์ (จำนวนผลิตภัณฑ์สำเร็จรูปเปอร์เซ็นต์ของข้อบกพร่อง ฯลฯ )
- จัดทำและส่งรายงานสถานะและประสิทธิภาพ

<ทักษะ / ประสบการณ์ที่จำเป็น>
- สัญชาติไทยเพศชายอายุ 28-40 ปี
- ปริญญาตรี
- มีประสบการณ์ด้านการวางแผนการผลิต 3-5 ปี
- มีความรู้ในการวางแผนการผลิตและหลักการควบคุมคุณภาพเป็นอย่างดี
- คุ้นเคยกับผลิตภัณฑ์อิเล็กทรอนิกส์เช่นเครื่องพิมพ์
- เก่งคณิตศาสตร์ / Microsoft Excel
- มีทักษะในการจัดองค์กรและการแก้ปัญหาที่ดี
- ความสามารถในการสื่อสารที่ยอดเยี่ยม
