<Job Responsibilities>
- Involve in pre-sales activities and post-sales technical supports on Total System Management.
- Perform product evaluations and actual implementations, pertain to customer’s requirements.
- Conduct product training to customers and partners.
- Carry out product testing and generate product documentations as requirements.
- Propose product properly following customer issues in the manufacturing industry.
- Perform as the leader for Sales Promotion Activity such as seminars and exhibition.

<Necessary Skill / Experience >
- Thai nationality, Male/Female, age 30-40 years old
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science / Information Technology.
- Minimum 5 years as Consultant for software solutions / product implementation with pre-sales and post-sales experience (especially for production line)
- Experience support manufacturing client
- Experience in IT business (IOT/ system design and implementation etc.)
- Self-motivated, Dynamic, Passionate, Business-oriented.
- Willing to travel when assigned to business trip.
- Have Domain knowledge of manufacturing and manufacturing Industry.
- Good English communication skill.

<หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ>
- มีส่วนร่วมในกิจกรรมก่อนการขายและการสนับสนุนด้านเทคนิคหลังการขายเกี่ยวกับ Total System Management
- ดำเนินการประเมินผลิตภัณฑ์และการใช้งานจริงตามความต้องการของลูกค้า
- ดำเนินการฝึกอบรมผลิตภัณฑ์ให้กับลูกค้าและคู่ค้า
- ดำเนินการทดสอบผลิตภัณฑ์และจัดทำเอกสารผลิตภัณฑ์ตามความต้องการ
- นำเสนอผลิตภัณฑ์อย่างเหมาะสมตามปัญหาของลูกค้าในอุตสาหกรรมการผลิต
- เป็นผู้นำในกิจกรรมส่งเสริมการขายเช่นงานสัมมนาและนิทรรศการ

<ทักษะ / ประสบการณ์ที่จำเป็น>
- สัญชาติไทยเพศชาย / หญิงอายุ 30-40 ปี
- ปริญญาตรีสาขาวิทยาการคอมพิวเตอร์ / เทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศ
- อย่างน้อย 5 ปีในตำแหน่งที่ปรึกษาด้านซอฟต์แวร์ / การใช้งานผลิตภัณฑ์พร้อมประสบการณ์ก่อนการขายและหลังการขาย (โดยเฉพาะสายการผลิต)
- ประสบการณ์สนับสนุนลูกค้าการผลิต
- มีประสบการณ์ในธุรกิจไอที (IOT / การออกแบบและวางระบบ ฯลฯ )
- มีแรงจูงใจในตัวเองมีพลวัตหลงใหลมุ่งเน้นธุรกิจ
- ยินดีที่จะเดินทางเมื่อได้รับมอบหมายให้เดินทางไปทำธุรกิจ
- มีความรู้ด้านการผลิตและอุตสาหกรรมการผลิต
- สามารถสื่อสารภาษาอังกฤษได้ดี
