<Job Responsibilities>
- Performing monthly, quarterly and yearly accounting closing accurately and timely.
- Reviewing taxation, including VAT and withholding tax and submitting to the Revenue Department.
- Managing and overseeing the daily operations of the Accounting Department.
- Liaising with external auditors and the Revenue Department as a company representative.
- Supervising accounting and finance professionals; reviewing and preparing accounting transactions regarding AP, AR, GL, Fixed assets and costing.
- Producing financial reports as requested by the GM of Finance.
- Making and implementing recommendations to improve accounting processes and procedures.

<Necessary Skill / Experience >
- Thai nationality , Female , age 35-45 years old
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting
- 10 years or over as Accountant (Any Industry)
- At least 1 year experience of Freight or Logistics field
- CPD Holder
- Experience of senior or higher management level
- Good command of English Language (Internal communication/ presentation/ email)
- Comfort to do OT as daily work
- Need to work in each company 3 years or over

<Preferable Skill / Experience>
- Proficient in QuickBooks

Workplace Area: BTS Ekamai, Bangkok
Working Hour: 9:00-18:00(Mon-Fri (Sat working: None) - Average OT in week day: around 2 hrs/ day)

<หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ>
- ดำเนินการปิดบัญชีรายเดือนรายไตรมาสและรายปีอย่างถูกต้องและทันเวลา
- ตรวจสอบการเสียภาษีรวมภาษีมูลค่าเพิ่มและภาษีหัก ณ ที่จ่ายและนำส่งกรมสรรพากร
- จัดการและดูแลการปฏิบัติงานประจำวันของฝ่ายบัญชี
- ติดต่อประสานงานกับผู้ตรวจสอบภายนอกและกรมสรรพากรในฐานะตัวแทน บริษัท
- กำกับดูแลผู้เชี่ยวชาญด้านบัญชีและการเงิน การตรวจสอบและจัดทำรายการบัญชีเกี่ยวกับ AP, AR, GL, สินทรัพย์ถาวรและการคิดต้นทุน
- จัดทำรายงานทางการเงินตามที่ GM of Finance ร้องขอ
- จัดทำและดำเนินการตามคำแนะนำเพื่อปรับปรุงกระบวนการและขั้นตอนการบัญชี

<ทักษะ / ประสบการณ์ที่จำเป็น>
- สัญชาติไทยเพศหญิงอายุ 35-45 ปี
- ปริญญาตรีสาขาการบัญชี
- 10 ปีขึ้นไปเป็นนักบัญชี (ทุกอุตสาหกรรม)
- มีประสบการณ์ด้านการขนส่งสินค้าหรือโลจิสติกส์อย่างน้อย 1 ปี
- ผู้ถือ CPD
- มีประสบการณ์ระดับผู้บริหารระดับสูงขึ้นไป
- สามารถสื่อสารภาษาอังกฤษได้ดี (การสื่อสารภายใน / การนำเสนอ / อีเมล)
- สะดวกสบายในการทำ OT เป็นงานประจำวัน
- ต้องทำงานในแต่ละ บริษัท 3 ปีขึ้นไป
