<Job Responsibilities>
<Mission>
- Responsible for efficient and effective delivery and support of all IT services at group companies' sites and basic IT infrastructure routine such as system and data backup/restore procedures at group companies' sites.
- General IT support for users and group companies' IT operator to ensure that business operations are always running smoothly with minimum interruption
<Job Responsibilities>
- Troubleshooting any IT trouble(server, network, any hardware and software etc) from group companies' IT operator
- Manage and administer all IT equipment
- Control AD of company server,WSUS of company server
- Manage Windows server (Sever 2012R2,2016R2) and VMware cloud server
- Hardware(PC, server) installation and maintenance
- Coordinate with the users and control IT resources on minimizing system downtime
- Documentation tasks such as create/update manual guide
- Enforce IT security procedure and policies in accordance with corporate IT policy and direction
- Visit group companies' office in Rayong, Chachoengsao, Chonburi area by company car with driver about once a week.(or less than once a week)
- Other tasks as assigned
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
- Thai nationality , Male/Female , age 25-30 years old
- Bachelor's degree in Computer science or Computer Engineering
- Conversational level of English (can read document and talk with Japanese Manager)
- Have working experience as IT support or internal system engineer at least 3 years
- Be able to isolate the problem by identifying exactly when and where it occurs
- Having experience in managing and maintenance Windows server, AD, WSUS and VMware is must
- Having basic network implement and support such as Cisco router, Aruba wireless network
- Personality : Service-minded and team player
<Preferable Skill / Experience>
- Be able to config cisco router, Aruba, firewall
- SQL script, Powershell script skill

- การสนับสนุนด้านไอทีทั่วไปสำหรับผู้ใช้และผู้ให้บริการไอทีของกลุ่ม บริษัท เพื่อให้แน่ใจว่าการดำเนินธุรกิจจะดำเนินไปอย่างราบรื่นโดยมีการหยุดชะงักน้อยที่สุด
<หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ>
- การแก้ไขปัญหาด้านไอที (เซิร์ฟเวอร์เครือข่ายฮาร์ดแวร์และซอฟต์แวร์อื่น ๆ ) จากผู้ให้บริการไอทีของกลุ่ม บริษัท
- จัดการและดูแลอุปกรณ์ไอทีทั้งหมด
- ควบคุมโฆษณาของเซิร์ฟเวอร์ของ บริษัท WSUS ของเซิร์ฟเวอร์ของ บริษัท
- จัดการเซิร์ฟเวอร์ Windows (Sever 2012R2,2016R2) และเซิร์ฟเวอร์คลาวด์ VMware
- การติดตั้งและบำรุงรักษาฮาร์ดแวร์ (พีซีเซิร์ฟเวอร์)
- ประสานงานกับผู้ใช้และควบคุมทรัพยากรไอทีเพื่อลดเวลาหยุดทำงานของระบบ
- งานเอกสารเช่นสร้าง / ปรับปรุงคู่มือคู่มือ
- บังคับใช้ขั้นตอนและนโยบายด้านความปลอดภัยไอทีตามนโยบายและทิศทางด้านไอทีขององค์กร
- เยี่ยมชมสำนักงานของกลุ่ม บริษัท ในพื้นที่ระยองฉะเชิงเทราชลบุรีโดยรถยนต์ของ บริษัท พร้อมคนขับประมาณสัปดาห์ละครั้ง (หรือน้อยกว่าสัปดาห์ละครั้ง)
- งานอื่น ๆ ตามที่ได้รับมอบหมาย
<ทักษะ / ประสบการณ์ที่จำเป็น>
- สัญชาติไทยเพศชาย / หญิงอายุ 25-30 ปี
- ปริญญาตรีสาขาวิทยาการคอมพิวเตอร์หรือวิศวกรรมคอมพิวเตอร์
- ระดับสนทนาภาษาอังกฤษ (สามารถอ่านเอกสารและพูดคุยกับผู้จัดการชาวญี่ปุ่นได้)
- มีประสบการณ์ทำงานในตำแหน่ง IT Support หรือวิศวกรระบบภายในอย่างน้อย 3 ปี
- สามารถแยกปัญหาโดยระบุว่าเกิดขึ้นเมื่อใดและที่ไหน
- ต้องมีประสบการณ์ในการจัดการและบำรุงรักษา Windows server, AD, WSUS และ VMware
- มีการใช้งานและการสนับสนุนเครือข่ายพื้นฐานเช่นเราเตอร์ Cisco, เครือข่ายไร้สาย Aruba
- บุคลิกภาพ: มีใจรักงานบริการและเป็นทีม
