<Job Responsibilities>
- Work closely with internal (ASEAN) stakeholders to understand and prioritize requirements for Web / Mobile applications.
- Lead and make direction for Web / Mobile application for ASEAN.
- Lead the project in timely and surely.
- Manage and control member and also vendor.
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
- Thai nationality , Male/Female, age 38-45 years old
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related
- Experience in IT Manager position at least 3 years.
- Be able to clearly communicate with internal (ASEAN) stakeholders and another team members.
- (Nice to have) Knowledge and experience for overall of Web / Mobile development is plus.
- Has been part of large development team.
- Having Software Development experience is an advantage.
- Understand and able to use OOP to properly design class for each type of assignment.
- Has participated in Agile development methodology.
- Has been in full web and/or mobile application development from ideation to distribution.
- Strong JavaScript, PHP knowledge.
- Proficient understanding of web markup, including HTML5, CSS, LESS, or SASS. Good understanding of SQLite, MySQL or database management system.
- Experience in design pattern, unit test, and automated test techniques.
- Experience in software version control.
- Experience in Objective-C and Swift programming for iOS platform is an advantage.
- Experience in JAVA and Kotlin programming for Android platform is an advantage.
- Having Software Development experience is an advantage.
- Understand and able to use OOP to properly design class for each type of assignment.
- Good understanding of MVC design pattern.
- In-depth knowledge of Interactive Application Development, Memory management, file I/O, network & socket programming, concurrency, and multi-threading.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Fast learner and willing to contribute and work as a team.
- Good command of English.
- Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal skills in English (Japanese is a plus).

- สามารถสื่อสารกับผู้มีส่วนได้ส่วนเสียภายใน (อาเซียน) และสมาชิกทีมอื่นได้อย่างชัดเจน
- (ยินดีที่มี) ความรู้และประสบการณ์โดยรวมของการพัฒนาเว็บ / มือถือเป็นบวก
- เป็นส่วนหนึ่งของทีมพัฒนาขนาดใหญ่
- มีประสบการณ์ด้าน Software Development จะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
- เข้าใจและสามารถใช้ OOP เพื่อออกแบบชั้นเรียนสำหรับงานแต่ละประเภทได้อย่างเหมาะสม

- JavaScript ที่แข็งแกร่งความรู้ PHP

- มีประสบการณ์ในการเขียนโปรแกรม JAVA และ Kotlin สำหรับแพลตฟอร์ม Android จะได้รับการพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
- มีประสบการณ์ด้าน Software Development จะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
- เข้าใจและสามารถใช้ OOP เพื่อออกแบบชั้นเรียนสำหรับงานแต่ละประเภทได้อย่างเหมาะสม
- มีความเข้าใจรูปแบบการออกแบบ MVC เป็นอย่างดี
