<Job Responsibilities>
- Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs and also conduct the new business development plans (Ratio of maintaining existing customers and new customers is 50% : 50%)
- Visit existing customers and new customers regularly in areas of industrial estates and other potential areas (company cars provided, self-driving)
- Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status
- Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands company’s customer base and ensure it’s strong presence
- Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing the sales team
- Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team
- Other related tasks
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
- Thai nationality , Male/Female , age 35-42 years old
- Bachelor's degree
- More than 5 years of experiences as Sales (Senior/ Supervisor/ Assistant or Manager) in trading of steel, automotive or heavy electronics industry
- Management experience at least 4-5 Sales subordinates
- Import/Export business knowledge
- Good command of verbal and written English (to report to Korean Manager and use in documentation)
- Have driving license and able to travel for business purpose

- Korean Speaking or Japanese Speaking

- สัญชาติไทยเพศชาย / หญิงอายุ 35-42 ปี
- ปริญญาตรี
- มีประสบการณ์มากกว่า 5 ปีในตำแหน่ง Sales (Senior / Supervisor / Assistant หรือ Manager) ในการค้าเหล็กยานยนต์หรืออุตสาหกรรมอิเล็กทรอนิกส์หนัก
- มีประสบการณ์ในการบริหารงานอย่างน้อย 4-5 คน
- ความรู้ด้านธุรกิจนำเข้า / ส่งออก
- สามารถสื่อสารภาษาอังกฤษได้เป็นอย่างดี (เพื่อรายงานต่อผู้จัดการชาวเกาหลีและใช้ในเอกสารประกอบ)
- มีใบอนุญาตขับขี่และสามารถเดินทางเพื่อธุรกิจได้
