Job Detail

<Job Responsibilities>
- Responsible for Overall Accounting tasks (AP, AR, GL)
- Input accounting information in excel and also preparing for document: AP, AR
- Taking care of billing, issue invoice and receipt, credit, debit note
- PP 30, Corporate income tax, VAT
- Collect Purchasing order from purchasing section
- Petty cash
- Bank reconcile
- Coordinate the payment process with supplier
- Contact and coordinate with Bank, Revenue Dept and Accounting firm
- Other tasks as assigned

<Necessary Skill / Experience >
- Thai nationality , Male/Female , age 24-30 years old
- Bachelor's Degree
- At least 1 year experience as Overall Accountant
- Good tax knowledge
- Able to do English email correspondence and English document
- Good command of MS Office especially Excel
- In detail person and comfort to do OT
- Comfort to work with Japanese people

<Preferable Skill / Experience>
- Have own car
- Immediately or able to make early join

Workplace Area: Ladkrabang, Bangkok
Working Hour: 7:30-16:30(Monday-Friday and Saturday(1～2 times/month): Normal operation: 8:00-17:00)

<หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ>
- รับผิดชอบงานบัญชีโดยรวม (AP, AR, GL)
- ป้อนข้อมูลบัญชีใน excel และเตรียมเอกสาร: AP, AR
- ดูแลการวางบิลออกใบแจ้งหนี้และใบเสร็จเครดิตใบเพิ่มหนี้
- ภ.พ. 30, ภาษีเงินได้นิติบุคคล, ภาษีมูลค่าเพิ่ม
- รวบรวมใบสั่งซื้อจากส่วนจัดซื้อ
- ค่าใช้จ่ายจิปาถะ
- ธนาคารกระทบยอด
- ประสานงานกระบวนการชำระเงินกับซัพพลายเออร์
- ติดต่อและประสานงานกับธนาคารสรรพากรและสำนักงานบัญชี
- งานอื่น ๆ ตามที่ได้รับมอบหมาย

<ทักษะ / ประสบการณ์ที่จำเป็น>
- สัญชาติไทยเพศชาย / หญิงอายุ 24-30 ปี
- ปริญญาตรี
- มีประสบการณ์ในตำแหน่งบัญชีโดยรวมอย่างน้อย 1 ปี
- มีความรู้ด้านภาษีเป็นอย่างดี
- สามารถสื่อสารอีเมลภาษาอังกฤษและเอกสารภาษาอังกฤษได้
- สามารถใช้ MS Office ได้ดีโดยเฉพาะ Excel
- เป็นคนละเอียดและสบายใจในการทำ OT
- สะดวกสบายในการทำงานกับคนญี่ปุ่น
