Accounting Manager ( J-Sox)
(50K – 60K) (SDG-53760)

Duties & Responsibilities:
-Planning and conducting of J-SOX activities
-Coordinate between the function and management in the implementation of J-SOX project
-Review and assess the process efficiency effectiveness for accounting, inventory,
-Communicating result and providing recommendation to audits for improvements
-Preparing audit result report and communicate to related persons
-Coordinate with parent company external auditor consult service provider regarding J-SOX activities and other matters
-Closing monthly actual within due date
-Closing quarterly
-Co with external auditor / Bank/ Thai revenue Department
-Manage and settlement account make accurate and reliable
-Manage GL system, Fixed assets, Costing, Inventory and push ERP software. tasks as assigned by Senior Manager


Necessary Skill / Experience
-Female only age over 35 years old (Not over 45 years old)
-Bachelor Degree in Accounting
-At least 5 years experiences relating to J-SOX, Internal control, risk management and improvement activities in related manufacturing company
-At least 3 years experience as Assistant Manager or Manager, managing team or subordinates before
-Able to demonstrate accuracy attention to detail
-ability to handle tasks under pressure environment
-Basic Level of English
-Holding CPD License
-Have experience managing team or subordinates before
-Business Level of English
-Experience in working in automotive manufacturing company.

Working Hour: 8:00-17:00(Mon-Fri (every other Saturday))

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ:
-การวางแผนและดำเนินกิจกรรม J-SOX
-ประสานงานระหว่างฟังก์ชั่นและการจัดการในการดำเนินโครงการ J-SOX
-ทบทวนและประเมินประสิทธิภาพประสิทธิผลของกระบวนการสำหรับการบัญชีสินค้าคงคลัง
-สื่อสารผลลัพธ์และเสนอแนะการตรวจสอบเพื่อปรับปรุง
-จัดทำรายงานผลการตรวจสอบและสื่อสารกับผู้ที่เกี่ยวข้อง
-ประสานงานกับผู้สอบบัญชีภายนอกของ บริษัท แม่ปรึกษาผู้ให้บริการเกี่ยวกับกิจกรรม J-SOX และเรื่องอื่น ๆ
-ปิดบัญชีจริงรายเดือนภายในวันที่กำหนด
-ปิดรายไตรมาส
-ร่วมมือกับผู้สอบบัญชีภายนอก / ธนาคาร / กรมสรรพากรไทย
-จัดการและชำระบัญชีให้ถูกต้องและเชื่อถือได้
-จัดการระบบ GL, สินทรัพย์ถาวร, การคิดต้นทุน, สินค้าคงคลังและผลักดันซอฟต์แวร์ ERP งานตามที่ได้รับมอบหมายจากผู้จัดการอาวุโส

ทักษะ / ประสบการณ์ที่จำเป็น
-เพศหญิงเท่านั้น อายุ 35 ปีขึ้นไป (ไม่เกิน 45 ปี)
-ปริญญาตรีสาขาบัญชี
-ประสบการณ์อย่างน้อย 5 ปีเกี่ยวกับ J-SOX, การควบคุมภายใน, การจัดการความเสี่ยงและกิจกรรมการปรับปรุงในบริษัทผู้ผลิตที่เกี่ยวข้อง
-มีประสบการณ์อย่างน้อย 3 ปีในตำแหน่ง Assistant Manager หรือ Manager, ผู้จัดการทีมหรือผู้ใต้บังคับบัญชาก่อน
-สามารถแสดงความใส่ใจในรายละเอียดได้อย่างแม่นยำ
-ความสามารถในการจัดการงานภายใต้สภาพแวดล้อมที่กดดัน
-ภาษาอังกฤษระดับพื้นฐาน
-ถือใบอนุญาต CPD
-มีประสบการณ์ด้านการบริหารทีมหรือผู้ใต้บังคับบัญชามาก่อน
-ภาษาอังกฤษระดับธุรกิจจะดีมาก
-มีประสบการณ์ในการทำงานในบริษัทผลิตยานยนต์
