<Job Responsibilities>
- Analyze potential project and manage project, seeking for new partnership to expand new business
- Research finance and marketing technical to analysis the return of investment
- Conduct the feasibility studies and other necessary matters in order to extract the potential business direction
- Manage business plan and planning yearly budget
- Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget
- Review terms or regulations that related with construction permit, application for investment promotion and etc., in order to operate the project in accordance with the law and regulations.
- Develop skill and knowledge of employee and supervise employee performance according to company regulations
- Oversee regulations of project analysis process under quality system and perform work follow to the term
- Other duties as assigned

<Necessary Skill / Experience >
- Thai nationality , Male/Female age 39 – 45 years old
- Bachelor's degree
- 10 years of work experiences in Business Development Manage especially in new projects of energy or chemical products (preferable for non-renewable or renewable energy products)
- Ability to conduct the full scale of Feasibility Studies, IRR and/or ROI and other related skills
- Proven experiences in new business development
- Good command of verbal and written English (to use in presentation and documentation)
<Other Skill / Experience >
- Basic knowledge about ISO system
- Proficient in Microsoft Project
- Basic knowledge about economy and ability to analyzing potential project
- Ability to analyzing Statistical data
- Ability to coordinate with government and private company
<Preferable Skill / Experience>
- Bachelor's and/or Master's Degree in Engineering, Science, Biotechnology and/or Business Administration or Business Economics
- Working experience in Energy company

<หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ>
- วิเคราะห์โครงการที่มีศักยภาพและจัดการโครงการหาพันธมิตรใหม่เพื่อขยายธุรกิจใหม่
- วิจัยด้านการเงินและเทคนิคการตลาดเพื่อวิเคราะห์ผลตอบแทนของการลงทุน
- ดำเนินการศึกษาความเป็นไปได้และเรื่องอื่น ๆ ที่จำเป็นเพื่อดึงทิศทางธุรกิจที่มีศักยภาพ
- จัดการแผนธุรกิจและวางแผนงบประมาณรายปี
- ตรวจสอบให้แน่ใจว่าโครงการทั้งหมดได้รับการส่งมอบตรงเวลาภายในขอบเขตและภายในงบประมาณ
- ทบทวนข้อกำหนดหรือระเบียบที่เกี่ยวข้องกับใบอนุญาตก่อสร้างการขอรับการส่งเสริมการลงทุนและอื่น ๆ เพื่อดำเนินโครงการให้เป็นไปตามกฎหมายและข้อบังคับ
- พัฒนาทักษะและความรู้ของพนักงานและดูแลการปฏิบัติงานของพนักงานตามข้อบังคับของ บริษัท
- ดูแลระเบียบกระบวนการวิเคราะห์โครงการภายใต้ระบบคุณภาพและปฏิบัติงานให้เป็นไปตามข้อกำหนด
- หน้าที่อื่น ๆ ตามที่ได้รับมอบหมาย

<ทักษะ / ประสบการณ์ที่จำเป็น>
- สัญชาติไทยเพศชาย / หญิงอายุ 39 - 45 ปี
- ปริญญาตรี
- ประสบการณ์การทำงาน 10 ปีใน Business Development Manage โดยเฉพาะในโครงการใหม่ ๆ เกี่ยวกับพลังงานหรือผลิตภัณฑ์เคมี (เหมาะสำหรับผลิตภัณฑ์ที่ไม่หมุนเวียนหรือพลังงานหมุนเวียน)
- ความสามารถในการศึกษาความเป็นไปได้เต็มรูปแบบ IRR และ / หรือ ROI และทักษะอื่น ๆ ที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- ประสบการณ์ที่พิสูจน์แล้วในการพัฒนาธุรกิจใหม่
- สามารถพูดและเขียนภาษาอังกฤษได้ดี (เพื่อใช้ในการนำเสนอและจัดทำเอกสาร)
<ทักษะ / ประสบการณ์อื่น ๆ >
- ความรู้พื้นฐานเกี่ยวกับระบบ ISO
- มีความเชี่ยวชาญใน Microsoft Project
- ความรู้พื้นฐานเกี่ยวกับเศรษฐกิจและความสามารถในการวิเคราะห์โครงการที่มีศักยภาพ
- ความสามารถในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลทางสถิติ
- สามารถติดต่อประสานงานกับหน่วยงานราชการและ บริษัท เอกชน
<ทักษะ / ประสบการณ์ที่ต้องการ>
- ปริญญาตรีและ / หรือปริญญาโทสาขาวิศวกรรมศาสตร์วิทยาศาสตร์เทคโนโลยีชีวภาพและ / หรือบริหารธุรกิจหรือเศรษฐศาสตร์ธุรกิจ
- ประสบการณ์การทำงานใน บริษัท พลังงาน
