Transport General Manager @Chonburi (100K – 150K) (SDG-52733)
<Job Responsibilities>
General
- Management, conduct and supervise for nationwide hazardous/non-hazardous waste transport and other related transport stations
- Organize and manage all employees (including subcontractor), vehicles, containers and other equipment of transport department
- Collaboration with other managers and staff members in order to formulate and implement policies, procedures, goals, and objectives.
Quality
- Management of activities related to cost effective dispatching and routing transport vehicles.
- Monitor operations to ensure that staff members comply with government regulations, administrative policies, corporate standard operation procedures, safety rules and other required standards.
- Conduct employee training on subjects such as hazardous/non-hazardous waste handling, employee orientation, quality improvement.
Cost
- Making a draft of a yearly budget including capital expenditures for management approval.
- Monitor spending to ensure that expenses are consistent with approved budgets.
- Improvement of cost efficiency for better profitability.
Safety
- Set/revise operations policies and standards, including determination of safety operation procedures for the handling of hazardous/non-hazardous waste.
- Promote safe work activities by carrying out of safety training program, conducting safety audits, attending company safety meetings, and meeting with individual staff members.
Others
- Any tasks assigned by Managing Director.

<Necessary Skill / Experience >
- Thai nationality , Male/Female age 43 - 52 years old
- Bachelor's degree
- At least 10 years transport management experience (e.g. in forwarding company)
- Good command of English
- At least 3 years management experience
- Have own car

<Preferable Skill / Experience>
- Have network with related organizations

Working Hour: 8:00-17:00(Monday - Friday, also Saturday work around 2 times per month)

<ทักษะ / ประสบการณ์ที่จำเป็น>
- สัญชาติไทยชาย / หญิงอายุ 40 - 50 ปี
-ปริญญาตรี
- ประสบการณ์การจัดการการขนส่งอย่างน้อย 10 ปี (เช่นใน บริษัท ส่งต่อ)
-ทักษะภาษาอังกฤษดี
- ประสบการณ์การจัดการอย่างน้อย 3 ปี
- มีรถยนต์เป็นของตัวเอง
