Production Assistant Manager or Manager @Ayutthaya (35K – 50K) (SDG-52601)
<Job Responsibilities>
- This position is in charge of starting up new parts and support ISO related
- Consider production process according to new product
- Program CNC and NC (FANUC)
- Maintain and design for all facilities, jigs in production line
- Prototype creation, mass production verification
- Planning balance of manpower and facility capacity, provide training for subordinates
- Compliance with ISO and IATF16949 (including documentation)
- Customer audit support (English) and document preparation
- Other tasks will be assigned
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
- Thai nationality , Male age 30 – 45 years old
- Bachelor's degree
- Experience of starting up new parts of metal parts for more than 3 years
- Can program CNC and NC by using FANUC
- Conversational level of English(speaking, writing)
- Strong knowledge of ISO and IATF16949
- Management experience for more than 1 year
<Preferable Skill / Experience>
- Experience of stating up new aluminum automotive parts
- Auto CAD skill

- พิจารณากระบวนการผลิตตามผลิตภัณฑ์ใหม่
- โปรแกรม CNC และ NC (FANUC)
- บำรุงรักษาและออกแบบสำหรับสิ่งอำนวยความสะดวกทั้งหมด, จิ๊กในสายการผลิต
- การสร้างต้นแบบการตรวจสอบการผลิตจำนวนมาก
- การวางแผนความสมดุลของกำลังคนและความสามารถด้านสิ่งอำนวยความสะดวกให้การฝึกอบรมสำหรับผู้ใต้บังคับบัญชา
- สอดคล้องกับ ISO และ IATF16949 (รวมถึงเอกสารประกอบ)
- การสนับสนุนการตรวจสอบลูกค้า (ภาษาอังกฤษ) และการจัดเตรียมเอกสาร
- งานอื่น ๆ จะได้รับมอบหมาย
<ทักษะ / ประสบการณ์ที่จำเป็น>
- สัญชาติไทยเพศชายอายุ 30 - 45 ปี
- ปริญญาตรี
- ประสบการณ์ในการเริ่มต้นสร้างชิ้นส่วนโลหะใหม่มานานกว่า 3 ปี
- สามารถโปรแกรม CNC และ NC โดยใช้ FANUC
- ระดับการสนทนาภาษาอังกฤษ (การพูดการเขียน)
- มีความรู้ด้าน ISO และ IATF16949 ดี
- ประสบการณ์ด้านการจัดการมากกว่า 1 ปี
<ทักษะ / ประสบการณ์ที่ดีกว่า>
- ประสบการณ์ในการระบุชิ้นส่วนยานยนต์อลูมิเนียมใหม่
- ทักษะ Auto CAD
