Business Development Manager (80K-150K) (SDG-52030)
<Job Responsibilities>
Marketing & Financial Research
Conduct market research and analysis/feasibility studies in order to identify market requirements for current and future projects.
Develop and maintain financial and asset models for analyzing financial returns and performance for management investment deals.
Undertake the business analysis, identify impacts and propose solutions that meet with company's business needs.
Prepare financial plans with appraisal study and cash flow calculations.
Conduct market reviews and feasibility studies for recommendation reports and presentation to managing director.
Conduct in-depth location assessment and individual target strategic and financial analysis
Write business proposals.
Develop and execute marketing/business plans.
Develop and recommend strategies for residential middle to high end projects and others if applicable.
Finding Partner & Finalize Agreement
Seek new business opportunities and create a proper agreement for our business.
Create new business development ideas with partners.
Research business opportunities and viable income streams.
Arrange business meetings with prospective clients.
Develop growth strategies and plans.

<Necessary Skill / Experience >
Thai nationality , Male/ Female, age 38-50 years old
Bachelor's Degree in Real Estate, Finance or related field.
Minimum 10-year work experience in Property development, Hotel industry preferred (including JV agreement preparation and implementation).
Land acquisition experience and negotiation with land owner or representative (preferred location in BKK, Pattaya and Phuket).
B.A. in Real Estate, Finance or related field.
Good interpersonal and communication skills
Have experience in property development business focusing on real estate principle, market analysis, capital investment analysis for new property development/new project construction is preferred.
Leadership with people skills and problem-solving skills.
Positive mindset, and able to drive the team to achieve the company’s goals.
Strong networking and relationship building.
Proficient in English.

พัฒนาและแนะนำกลยุทธ์สำหรับโครงการที่อยู่อาศัยระดับกลางถึงระดับสูงและอื่น ๆ หากมี
การหาพันธมิตรและทำข้อตกลงขั้นสุดท้าย
แสวงหาโอกาสทางธุรกิจใหม่และสร้างข้อตกลงที่เหมาะสมสำหรับธุรกิจของเรา
สร้างแนวคิดการพัฒนาธุรกิจใหม่กับพันธมิตร

สัญชาติไทยเพศชาย / หญิงอายุ 38-50 ปี
วุฒิปริญญาตรีสาขาอสังหาริมทรัพย์การเงินหรือสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง
ประสบการณ์ทำงานอย่างน้อย 10 ปีในการพัฒนาอสังหาริมทรัพย์อุตสาหกรรมโรงแรมที่เป็นที่ต้องการ (รวมถึงการจัดทำข้อตกลงร่วมทุนและการดำเนินการ)
ประสบการณ์ในการซื้อที่ดินและการเจรจาต่อรองกับเจ้าของที่ดินหรือตัวแทน (สถานที่ที่ต้องการในกรุงเทพฯพัทยาและภูเก็ต)
นิเทศศาสตรบัณฑิต ในอสังหาริมทรัพย์การเงินหรือสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง
มีมนุษยสัมพันธ์และการสื่อสารที่ดี
มีประสบการณ์ด้านธุรกิจพัฒนาอสังหาริมทรัพย์โดยเน้นการวิเคราะห์ตลาดการวิเคราะห์การลงทุนเพื่อการพัฒนาอสังหาริมทรัพย์หรือการก่อสร้างโครงการใหม่
ความเป็นผู้นำที่มีทักษะคนและทักษะการแก้ปัญหา
ความคิดเชิงบวกและสามารถขับเคลื่อนทีมเพื่อให้บรรลุเป้าหมายของ บริษัท
เครือข่ายที่แข็งแกร่งและการสร้างความสัมพันธ์
