Senior Manager / Manager - Strategic Consulting Firm (140K-200K) (SDG-51806)
<Job Responsibilities>
- Mission - You will take responsibility for acquiring new business from new client, handle these projects to complete and own business and office set up.
- Sales activity (Business development) to new potential clients
- Consultation to client such as understanding and analyzing clients' business and identify issues with technical advises
- Develop solutions and Design new business process
- Assess application design
- Develop test plan and lead business users in testing execution
- Develop operation and maintenance procedures for post golive phase in system development project
- Communication and coordination with global teams for projects
- Project management and team management
- Budget planning and management
- Other coordination and developing works related own company and business unit
- Other assignment from Japanese head

<Necessary Skill / Experience >
- Thai nationality , Male/Female, age 30-45 years old
- Bachelor’s Degree
- 3 year's Project Management experience in Business/Management consulting firm (Not ERP/SAP consultant)
- 3 year's Sales and business development experience
- Business level of English (TOEIC 800 above)
- Knowledge in Financial/Payment industry (Or similar industry)

<Preferable Skill / Experience>
- Japanese language skills

<ความรับผิดชอบต่องาน>
- ภารกิจ - คุณจะรับผิดชอบในการรับธุรกิจใหม่จากลูกค้าใหม่จัดการโครงการเหล่านี้เพื่อสร้างธุรกิจและสำนักงานให้เสร็จสมบูรณ์และเป็นเจ้าของ
- กิจกรรมการขาย (การพัฒนาธุรกิจ) สำหรับผู้มีโอกาสเป็นลูกค้าใหม่
- ให้คำปรึกษาแก่ลูกค้าเช่นการทำความเข้าใจและวิเคราะห์ธุรกิจของลูกค้าและระบุปัญหาพร้อมคำแนะนำทางเทคนิค
- พัฒนาโซลูชั่นและออกแบบกระบวนการทางธุรกิจใหม่
- ประเมินการออกแบบแอปพลิเคชัน
- พัฒนาแผนการทดสอบและนำผู้ใช้ทางธุรกิจในการทดสอบการดำเนินการ
- พัฒนาขั้นตอนการปฏิบัติงานและการบำรุงรักษาสำหรับระยะหลังการออกแบบในโครงการพัฒนาระบบ
- การสื่อสารและประสานงานกับทีมงานระดับโลกสำหรับโครงการ
- การบริหารโครงการและการจัดการทีม
- การวางแผนและการจัดการงบประมาณ
- ประสานงานอื่น ๆ และพัฒนางานที่เกี่ยวข้องกับ บริษัท และหน่วยธุรกิจของตนเอง
- การมอบหมายอื่น ๆ จากหัวหน้าชาวญี่ปุ่น

<ทักษะ / ประสบการณ์ที่จำเป็น>
- สัญชาติไทยเพศชาย / หญิงอายุ 30-45 ปี
- ปริญญาตรี
- ประสบการณ์ 3 ปีในการบริหารโครงการใน บริษัท ที่ปรึกษาด้านธุรกิจ / การจัดการ (ไม่ใช่ที่ปรึกษา ERP / SAP)
- ประสบการณ์การขายและการพัฒนาธุรกิจ 3 ปี
- ระดับธุรกิจภาษาอังกฤษ (TOEIC 800 ขึ้นไป)
- มีความรู้ในอุตสาหกรรมการเงิน / การชำระเงิน (หรืออุตสาหกรรมที่คล้ายกัน)

<ทักษะ / ประสบการณ์ที่ดีกว่า>
- ทักษะการใช้ภาษาญี่ปุ่น
