Technical Service and Support Engineer (40K-50K) (SDG-51263)
<Job Responsibilities>
 Has close liaison with sales to ensure that technical service goals and objectives are aligned with sales plan especially new appoint licensed applicators.
 Interacts with customers at a technical level and translates application needs into product development strategies
 Achieves comprehensive understanding of customers real product and service requirements and identifies the value based on this
 Responsible for full spectrum of technical site support locally and oversea
 Involve in applicators training and application of mock-up samples
 Assist development team in product application trial for newly developed products
 Propose to purchase equipment/tools related to work (development training, etc. )
 Authorized to visit sites (mock-up, customer complaints, etc.)
 Ensure work output and standard of the department comply with and consistently meets according to the company's standard specifications.
 Promote excellent cooperation with interfacing departments for product quality from the problematic sites.
 Other duties and responsibilities that maybe assigned at any time and from to time.

<Necessary Skill / Experience >
 Thai nationality , Male/Female, age 25-30 years old
 Bachelor's degree in civil engineering or chemistry
 At least 2 years of working experience of site support in floor coating
 Able to communicate in English
 Must have own car and driving license
 Able to travel oversea and locally
 Knowledge in safety and health
