R&D (Manager-Senior Manager) (Japanese Speaking) @Chonburi (80K-120K) (SDG-51118)

<Job Responsibilities>
 Business management of Electric power tool design
 Co-ordinate with Japanese Manager and team members
 Receive new product requirement from Japan HQ
 Overseeing the development of new product
 Leadership and management skills, budgeting ability, communication and presentation skills
 Design the product of power tools , OPE tools by 3D-CAD
 Labor management of R&D members
 Creating 3D-CAD data for product surface


<Necessary Skill / Experience >
 Thai nationality, Male/Female, 39-49 years old
 Bachelor's degree in Engineering any field
 5 years working experience in R&D Department any field
 Knowledge in R&D Engineer and management
 Skills knowledge in CAD, Solid work, 2D, 3D, drawing
 Experience working in Japanese company
 High conversational in English (Verbal and written)
 Able to speak Japanese (conversational level)
