QA Manager @Rayong (50K-60K) (SDG-50353)
<Job Responsibilities>
- Manage and control performance of QA staffs, ensuring that company' meets standards quality of the product.
- Final decision for product release.
- Responsible for quality of raw materials, process quality management and product quality assurance of quality department.
- Coordinate with Production, logistics department in all aspects or needs.
- Set and Control asset and expense budget of Quality Section.
- Review and approve all analysis records, manufacturing record and others according to document control system.
- In charge of all study cases in the company in order to improve the quality of procedures and production.

<Necessary Skill / Experience >
- Thai nationality , Female, age 40-50 years old
- Bachelor’s degree in Chemical or Engineering in related field
- Experiences as a QA in chemical/ food or related field at least 10 years.
- At least 3 years as QA Manager level or 5 years’ experience as QA Assistant Manager in Chemical related industry
- Able to communicate in English (Advanced Conversation - Middle)
- Computer literacy (MS Office: Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Have good conversational and interpersonal skills

<Preferable Skill / Experience>
- Business Level of English

<ความรับผิดชอบต่องาน>
- จัดการและควบคุมประสิทธิภาพของพนักงาน QA เพื่อให้มั่นใจว่า บริษัท มีคุณภาพตรงตามมาตรฐานของผลิตภัณฑ์
- การตัดสินใจขั้นสุดท้ายสำหรับการเปิดตัวผลิตภัณฑ์
- รับผิดชอบด้านคุณภาพของวัตถุดิบการจัดการคุณภาพกระบวนการและการประกันคุณภาพผลิตภัณฑ์ของแผนกคุณภาพ
- ประสานงานกับฝ่ายผลิตฝ่ายโลจิสติกส์ในทุกด้านหรือทุกความต้องการ
- กำหนดและควบคุมสินทรัพย์และงบประมาณค่าใช้จ่ายของแผนกคุณภาพ
- ทบทวนและอนุมัติบันทึกการวิเคราะห์บันทึกการผลิตและอื่น ๆ ตามระบบการควบคุมเอกสาร
- รับผิดชอบกรณีศึกษาทั้งหมดใน บริษัท เพื่อปรับปรุงคุณภาพของกระบวนการและการผลิต

<ทักษะ / ประสบการณ์ที่จำเป็น>
- สัญชาติไทยเพศหญิงอายุ 40-50 ปี
- ปริญญาตรีสาขาเคมีหรือวิศวกรรมในสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- มีประสบการณ์เป็น QA ในสาขาเคมี / อาหารหรือสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้องอย่างน้อย 10 ปี
- อย่างน้อย 3 ปีในระดับผู้จัดการ QA หรือประสบการณ์ 5 ปีในตำแหน่ง QA Assistant Manager ในอุตสาหกรรมเคมี
- สามารถสื่อสารภาษาอังกฤษได้ (การสนทนาขั้นสูง - กลาง)
- ความรู้คอมพิวเตอร์ (MS Office: Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- มีทักษะการสนทนาและมนุษยสัมพันธ์ที่ดี

- ระดับธุรกิจของภาษาอังกฤษ
