<Job Responsibilities>
- Work outline : Real Estate coordination between Japanese customers and Thai Owners
- Visit existing customer with Japanese MD and maintain good relationship with customer
- Coordinate between Japanese customers and Thai owners
- Support and Take care of Japanese customer to visit Apartments or Offices
- Take care inquiry related real estate from Japanese customer
- Other tasks as assigned

<Necessary Skill / Experience >
- Thai nationality, Female 22 – 29 years old
- Bachelor’s Degree in any related filed
- Fresh graduate with good Japanese skill and hospitality is welcome
- Service mind and can work flexibly
- Business level of Japanese(can write e-mail and talk with Japanese customer)
- Able to work on Saturday (company will provide 2 days holiday per week, Sunday and another weekday depends on shift)

Languages skills
English: Basic Level
Japanese: Business Level

Workplace Area: BTS Sala Daeng, Bangkok
Working Hour: 8:30-17:30(Mon-Sat(2days holiday/week,Sun & another weekday) )

<หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ>
- โครงร่างการทำงาน : การประสานงานด้านอสังหาริมทรัพย์ระหว่างลูกค้าชาวญี่ปุ่นและเจ้าของชาวไทย
- เยี่ยมชมลูกค้าปัจจุบันกับ MD ชาวญี่ปุ่น และรักษาความสัมพันธ์ที่ดีกับลูกค้า
- ประสานงานระหว่างลูกค้าชาวญี่ปุ่นและเจ้าของชาวไทย
- สนับสนุนและดูแลลูกค้าชาวญี่ปุ่นเพื่อเยี่ยมชมอพาร์ตเมนต์หรือสำนักงาน
- ดูแลสอบถามเกี่ยวกับอสังหาริมทรัพย์จากลูกค้าชาวญี่ปุ่น
- งานอื่นๆ ตามที่ได้รับมอบหมาย

<ทักษะ / ประสบการณ์ที่จำเป็น >
- สัญชาติไทย เพศหญิง อายุ 22 – 29 ปี
- ป.ตรี สาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- ยินดีรับนักศึกษาจบใหม่ มีทักษะภาษาญี่ปุ่นและการต้อนรับที่ดี
- Service mind และสามารถทำงานได้อย่างคล่องตัว
- ระดับภาษาญี่ปุ่นธุรกิจ (สามารถเขียนอีเมลและพูดคุยกับลูกค้าชาวญี่ปุ่นได้)
- สามารถทำงานวันเสาร์ได้ (บริษัทจะให้วันหยุด 2 วันต่อสัปดาห์, อาทิตย์ และวันทำงานอื่นขึ้นอยู่กับกะ)
