Cost Accounting Supervisor (50K–65K) (SDG-65154)

<Job Responsibilities>
- Thailand and oversea cost controlling for Shared Service Center (SSC)
- Issue sale invoices to inter-companies monthly
- Daily approval for vendor master, PR and create internal order in SAP
- Monitoring and controlling cost against actual and budget
- Cost allocation and review in SAP
- Cooperate and support accounting, auditors and tax office
- Prepare monthly actual and forecast report
- Prepare business plans both assumption and calculation.
- Cost analysis and comparing actual cost with budget plan.
- Communicate with other departments and business units
- Support management team to deal with all presentation and review with high quality analytics, accuracy and also deliver presentation punctually
- Perform for all ad-hoc assignment from management and CFO
- Other duties assigned

<Necessary Skill / Experience >
- Thai nationality, Male, Female 26 - 35 years old
- Bachelor’s Degree in accounting or related field
- At least 3 years experiences in cost controlling from shared service center, consulting or manufacturing
- Good English skills (reading, writing, listening, and speaking)
- Experiences in SAP (CO module) system
- Strong MS Excel skill

<Preferable Skill / Experience>
- Working experiences from shared service center company

Workplace Area: Bangplee, Samutprakarn
Working Hour: 8:00-17:00(Monday to Friday (may have around 3 Sat per year))

<หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ>
- การควบคุมต้นทุนประเทศไทยและต่างประเทศสำหรับศูนย์บริการร่วม (SSC)
- ออกบิลขายระหว่างบริษัททุกเดือน
- การอนุมัติรายวันสำหรับผู้ขายหลัก PR และสร้างคำสั่งภายในใน SAP
- ตรวจสอบและควบคุมต้นทุนตามจริงและงบประมาณ
- การจัดสรรต้นทุนและทบทวนใน SAP
- ให้ความร่วมมือและสนับสนุนการทำบัญชี ผู้ตรวจสอบบัญชี และสำนักงานสรรพากร
- จัดทำรายงานตามจริงและพยากรณ์ประจำเดือน
- จัดทำแผนธุรกิจทั้งสมมติฐานและการคำนวณ
- วิเคราะห์ต้นทุนและเปรียบเทียบต้นทุนจริงกับแผนงบประมาณ
- สื่อสารกับแผนกและหน่วยธุรกิจอื่น ๆ
- สนับสนุนทีมผู้บริหารเพื่อจัดการกับการนำเสนอทั้งหมดและทบทวนด้วยการวิเคราะห์คุณภาพสูง แม่นยำ และนำเสนอได้ตรงเวลา
- ดำเนินการสำหรับการมอบหมายเฉพาะกิจทั้งหมดจากผู้บริหารและ CFO
- งานอื่นๆ ที่ได้รับมอบหมาย

<ทักษะ / ประสบการณ์ที่จำเป็น >
- สัญชาติไทย ชาย หญิง 26 - 35 ปี
- วุฒิปริญญาตรี สาขาบัญชี หรือสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- มีประสบการณ์อย่างน้อย 3 ปีในการควบคุมต้นทุนจากศูนย์บริการร่วม การให้คำปรึกษา หรือการผลิต
- ทักษะภาษาอังกฤษดี (อ่าน, เขียน, ฟัง, พูด)
- มีประสบการณ์ในระบบ SAP (โมดูล CO)
- ทักษะ MS Excel ที่แข็งแกร่ง

- ประสบการณ์การทำงานจากบริษัทศูนย์บริการร่วม
