Duties & Responsibility:
Commercial work
Take initiative in handling commercial fields of the assigned projects (existing asset management, new venture) in the following perspectives;
a) Reviewing agreement related to oil & gas development including oil sale agreements, gas sale agreement, and other agreements
b) Attending the meetings among Joint Venture partners regarding all commercial matter and writing reports from the meetings
c) Coordinating with PIC of each project in Tokyo office and operator in Bangkok to push projects forward
d) Facilitating PIC in Tokyo for obtaining internal approval
e) Maintaining good relationship with JV partners
f) Being able to learn and understand how to build an economic model for preliminary study of project investment
g) Handling the approval procedure on any required subject according to the MOECO internal regulation, with sufficient accountability to the superior staff both in Bangkok and Tokyo
Admin work
a) Being a focal point for JV partners to receive documents and send them to Tokyo for retention
b) Managing filing system to maximize its efficiency/using and retrieving files
c) Preparing necessary documents for GM to attending shareholder meetings
Government work
a) Maintaining good relationship with related government office
Qualifications:
[Must]
Thai nationality, Male or Female, Age 25 – 40
Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Business Management/Economics or any related field
At least 1 years’ experience as a Business Coordinator
Must be capable of maintaining confidential information
Willing to deal with numbers/paperwork/contracts
Preferable Skill / Experience
Ability to efficiently organize work, effectively work with others, efficient use of time, ability to set priorities, make decisions, readily adjust to change, willingness to accept additional responsibilities, ability to recognize confidential matters and to keep such matters confidential, courteous, dependable, tactful and positive attitude and personality
Languages skills
English: Business level
Workplace Area: MRT Lumpini
Working Hour: Monday to Friday 08:00 – 16.30
About the Benefit
Salary: 30,000THB – 60,000THB
