Requirements • Around 5 years of experience in managing regional sales or a similar corporate role • Strong people skills - experience in managing people (direct or indirect reporting lines) • Proven experience of handling high stakes communications & clients • Some background of B to B sales with consistently meeting targets • Experience in dealing with reports from CRM systems / Sales Data • Good analytical capabilities & number crunching aptitude • Ability to articulate and present thoughts clearly to senior management • Decent communication skills in both oral and written Japanese is required to liaise with Native Japanese speaking clients and corporates
