<Products: Wire harness for industrial machine, robot, camera,...> <Clients: Japanese & local companies> <Saturday Working: Every other Sat> <Job Responsibilities> This position belongs to Admin department. Overall tasks: ・Develop and manage factory's equipment maintenance regulations. ・Manage and keep records of equipment and machinery procurement and maintenance. ・Propose and make plans for the procurement and replacement of equipment and components of the factory to ensure safe and stable operation. ・Receive and implement other department's request for equipment and machinery repair and troubleshoot. ・Supervise equipment and machinery repair and replacement. ・Develop and propose advise for company about effective factory equipment system management in order to minimize loss and ensure safety. ・Improve work such as: how to conduct work, maintenance content, maintenance method, how to exchange work in groups... ・Manage and discuss with colleagues and superiors when needed (assign work in groups, explain work content, proceed method, follow progress, discuss solutions when needed... ) ・Report directly to the Vietnamese Department Manager. ・Other tasks as assigned.
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience > ・Education: Bachelor degree in technical, electronics, automation related majors. ・Gender: Male ・Age: 25-35 years old ・Language: Japanese Conversational level (N3 equivalent) OR English conversational level (TOEIC 500 equivalent) ・Experience: Have at least 3 year experience working as equipment management staff in manufacturing companies. ・Others: Currently not working in the same industrial zone or in Sumitomo corporation <Preferable Skill / Experience> ・Have experience in electric wire industry. ・Have experience working in Japanese companies.
