Job Description
<Job Responsibilities> - Support and assist Japanese manager in internal audit department - Execute the auditing operation following the company's regulation, internal auditing procedure - Ensure legal compliance as well as company's benefits in dealing with partners - Check and make sure documentation as per internal procedure - Document and check SOX law (financial statements) - Check legal documents and advise proper business scheme - Check customers' FS, credit limit, credit balance - Translate document EN↔JP especially EN→JP - Communicate will offices in other offices in English ( Indonesia, Cambodia, Myanmar etc.,) - Business trip to other offices in ASEAN area (Hanoi, Hai Phong, Indonesia, Cambodia, Myanmar and other countries) to perform auditing - 1-2 times / month - Other tasks assigned by Japanese manager

<Necessary Skill / Experience > - Age : 22 - 25 - Gender : Any - Qualifications: Bachelor - Japanese skill : Business level (N1-2) - English skill : Business level (TOEIC800, IELTS6.5) - Willing to go to business trip (domestic and oversea 1-2 times / month) - Who is interested in Internal Audit and Internal control <Preferable Skill / Experience> - Bachelor degree in accounting-auditing, finance, risk management, or related field - Person who can understand in SOX low(Sarbanes-Oxley Act), and FS - Working experiences in Japanese company - Have experiences of Translation and Interpretation EN↔JP - Working experience in auditing firms - Can use Excel, Word and PPT - Character: Cheerful <Schedule> - Joining date : Feb 2021(After Tet) * Depends on CDD - Interview times : 2 rounds - 1st round :Japanese manager:2, Vietnamese team staff:1(in Japanese and English) - 2nd round: Japanese ASEAN supervisor1, Japanese manager:2, Vietnamese team staff:1(in Japanese and English)
