<Job Responsibilities:>
- Making plan for recruitment
- Approaching candidate
- Making company regulation base on Vietnam Law
- Checking all document related Office's employee: salary calculation, timekeeping, bonus, allowance, welfare, PIT…
- Checking insurance calculation for employee
- Checking all document from HR and GA before sending to BOSS or government
- Advising to Director about Human resource, salary table, human resource regulation
- Last checking all document for legal checking
- Checking/Negotiating /submitting for the signature and seal of foreign trade contract and documents related to foreign trade
- Searching for Contractor for employee's benefit: doing party, summer holiday trip..
- Contacting parent company to secure non-financial benefits in agreement
- Document translation and interpretation when have requirement
- On be-haft of Director, go to Government when needs
- Other duties following direct manager or Director's assignment

<Necessary Skill / Experience >
- Qualification: Graduated from university majored Human Resources Management
- Gender: Female Only
- Age: 36 - 45
- Language: Japanese: N2 level (or above) and English: conversational level
- Experiences: At least 3 - 5 years experiences as Management Level
+ Experience related to factory or trading company….
+ Experience working at a company with many foreign workers
+ Experience in dealing with state agencies and government
- Others: Flexible, progressive, assertive and fair
