<Job Responsibilities>
Department: Automotive material Group (Hanoi Office)
Products in charge: plastic resins, raw material and chemical products
for automotive products.
・Operate current business, gathering forecast, controlling delivery and inventory.
・Check the credit limit, aging stock, payment of customers.
・Make quotation for new inquiry & existing products
・Visit customers for communication and negotiation.

<Necessary Skill / Experience >
・Education: Bachelor degree
・Gender: Female
・Age: 28-31 years old
・Language: English business level (for internal communication, working with clients, oversea suppliers and documents)
・Experience: Have at least 5 years experience in Product planning or Sales related positions in trading or manufacturing companies.
・Skills:
- Have import/export knowledge
- MS Office: E-mail, Excel, Word, Power point skill

<Preferable>
・Have Japanese skill
・Can use SAP
・Plastics and Chemical knowledge.
・Have knowledge in automobile, automobile parts, chemicals and materials used in making automobile parts.

<Personality>
・Quick response, Proactive
・Not a job hopper, can work long term.
・Good communication with customers, suppliers, colleagues in Vietnamese and English
・Can work under pressure.
