<Job Responsibilities>
A. Client:
- Develop motor dealer business strategies to increase the division's growth
- Update changes in the implementation of motor business plan.
- Follow up business plan, increase GWP and support the overall workflow.
- Promote insurance through Motor Dealer
- Keep & strengthen the relationship with Motor Dealers
- Responsible for implementation and reporting on the implementation of plans and results of work performance assigned to the direct management level
- Support Motor dealer to sell Motor Insurance: Training & facilitate Dealer staff, Support in daily process
- Control & manage Dealer activities, including but not limited to: Sales (New & renew), Claim services, Premium & commission payment
B. With other departments:
*Claims Division:
Settle the claim smoothly for customers in compliance with the company’s procedure
- Follow up any pending claim cases;
- Organize risk/claim management seminars, risk survey at client’s site.
*Underwriting Division:
- Follow up with Business Processing Section for operation matters
- Work closely with Underwriting Section for quotation and coverage
- Cooperate with Loss Control Engineer to make risk survey if required.
- Coordinate with Human Resource (HR) Department for HR related matters and Finance & Planning Division for all related jobs or in closed coordination with other departments for special events organized by Company.
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
・Education: College degree and above
・Gender: Any
・Age: 25 - 35 years old
・Language: English business level (internal communication, documents)
・Experience: Have at least 3 years working experience in non life insurance industry or in motor dealer insurance companies.
・Skills:
- Have strong marketing sense.
- Well know and be able to explain all insurance products

・Can manage work as planned.
・Ability to guide work for less experienced members.
