Japanese Speaking - Logistics Supervisor - Logistics

<Job Responsibilities>
- Manage import - export control
- Prepare customs clearance for all shipments
- Interact with customers to support for customs clearance when needed
- Manage the shipping truck' dispatch / schedule
- Managing the safety of warehouse operations
- Advise issues relating to shipping such as shipping methods, packing requirements, IM/EX licenses, IM/EX tax, freight and insurance
- Make delivery schedule from company and local suppliers based on contract request and arrange delivery to customers
- Control stock and share data with other departments
- Other tasks assigned by manager

<Necessary Skill / Experience >
- Age : 25 - 50
- Gender : Male only
- Japanese skill : Conversational level
- More than 2 years experience in logistics and related their industry
- Knowledge of import-export, shipping(delivery)
- Person who can work in Vinh Long (from next June)
** Until next Jun, you will work in HCM office for training
- Character : Flexible, Cheerful, Self-motivated

<Preferable Skill / Experience>
- Person who are from Vinh Long or Can Tho province (hometown)
- English skill : Conversational level
- Working experiences in Japanese Company
