<Products: Logistics Services > <Clients: Mainly Japanese> <Saturday Working: Yes, from 8:00AM - 12:00AM> <Job Responsibilities> Work in company's customers factory in Bac Giang. Overall tasks: Handle customs clearance and all related jobs at Bac Giang area. ・Check customs documents and prepare customs sheet to update on VNACCS software ・Solve problems related to customs clearance such as: revise CDS, cancel CDS,… ・Prepare documents to get import license ・Advise customers about the customs regulation such as: HS code, C/O, Customs Sheet mode, import/export customs policy,… ・Support customers for customs liquidation. ・Arrange delivery and picking up cargo smoothly ・Attend and arrange jobs at customer’s side: declare customs sheet on VNACCS, delivery, loading/unloading, packing/unpacking, moving machine… ・Communicate with customers & suppliers to arrange import/export shipments ・Communicate internally & work closely with team to handle the import/export shipments as customer’s requirement ・Daily update data into company’s systems & report to upper level ・Issue Debit Note & make both soft & hard copy ・Check the cost from suppliers monthly ・Others will be discussed in the detail when interviewing
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience > ・Education: Bachelor degree ・Gender: Any ・Age: 24 - 29 years old ・Language: English business level (good all 4 skill, used in communicating and with documents) ・Experience: - Have at least 1 year experience working in logistics related positions in any industry. - Have foreign trade, logistics knowledge - Understand about customs regulation, rule and policy for EPE companies, Manufacturing companies ・Skills: - Can use VNACCS software fluently. - Can use MS Office. ・Other: Must live in Bac Giang <Preferable Skill / Experience> ・Worked as Customs Clearance. <Personality preferred> ・Can work independently and in teams ・Strong communication, negotiation and problems solving skill ・Willing to study and take new challenge ・Hardworking, Careful and Honest
