<Job Responsibilities>
- Make plan to fix and maintain electrical devices/ machinery (include scheduling, listing replacing machines or equipment, staffing, making budget for maintenance,...)
- Supervise workers in fixing and maintaining electrical machines in the factory
- Assign, instruct workers and directly monitor, fix and maintain machines or equipment in the factory
- Make plan and conduct some innovative projects to improve productivity while reduce labor force
- Make weekly/ quarterly/ monthly yearly report and submit to direct supervisor
- Can work in different shifts
- Do other tasks as assigned from managers
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
- Gender: Male. Age: 23 - 30
- Education: From Bachelor Degree, majored in Electric, Electronic , Industrial Electric, Automation,...
- Skills and knowledge:
+ Proficient in using PLC
+ Can read, understand and make electrical drawings in AutoCAD
+ Understand maintenance and fixing method which applied for industrial electrical devices, power distribution system,...
+ Have good mindset in designing
+ Proficient in using Microsoft Office
+ Can work well both in team and independently
+ Have logical thinking
+ Have good problem solving and analysis skills
- Characteristics: Honest, willing to learn and have high responsibility
<Preferable Skill / Experience>
- Have experience of working as full time staff or trainee that fix, maintain, innovate machines/ machine parts/ equipment, or supervise projects of equipment improvements in plants or mechanical factories
- Have good academic records (for fresh - graduated candidates)
- Can use English/Japanese to communicate fluently
- Live in Hung Yen
