<Job Responsibilities>
- Make plan to fix and maintain factory's machines and equipment (include scheduling, listing replacing machines or equipment, staffing, making budget for maintenance,...)
- Be responsible and supervise workers in operating, fixing and maintaining machines, equipment
- Make plan and conduct some innovative projects to improve productivity while reduce labor force
- Supervise contractors in constructing, installing, improving and innovating activities
- Process professional training and safety for factory's workers and staffs
- Do other tasks as assigned from managers
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
- Age: 23 - 30. Gender: Male
- Education: At least from Bachelor Degree in Mechanical Engineering (Cơ khí chế tạo máy) or Vehicle Engineering (Cơ khí động lực)
- Experience and Knowledge:
+ Be able to use AutoCAD proficiently
+ Have design mindset
+ Be able to read and understand mechanical drawings
+ Be acknowledgeable about machine maintenance method (machines like: Drive System - hệ thống truyền động; Lubrication System - hệ thống bôi trơn, Hydro - pneumatic controls - Điều khiển thủy khí,...)
+ Can use Microsoft Office well
- Skills:
+ Can work individually and in team well
+ Good analysis skill
+ Good logical thinking
+ Can work well under high pressure
- Can work in flexible shifts
<Preferable Skill / Experience>
- Be able to use other graphic soft wares like: Sketchup, Inventer, Solidwork,...
- Have experience of working as full time staff or trainee that fix, maintain, innovate machines/ machine parts/ equipment, or supervise projects of equipment improvements in plants or mechanical factories
- Have good academic records (for fresh - graduated candidates)
