<Report Line : Deputy Store Manager > <Subordinates: ~ 100 > <Products: Everyday Goods and furniture > <Clients: Consumers living in Vietnam > <Job Summary> Using Management and Customer Service Skills to provide an excellent in-store experience and smooth store operation <Job Responsibilities and Duties> - Improve efficiency or store operation and execution. - Understand and be able to report sales or any other issues of each floor and staff. - Allocate staff and shift control based on Store Staff's working schedule and manage Store Staff attendance. - Prepare training plan and conduct training for new members. - Manage Store's Safety and Security, Risk Matter report system in case of accidents, incidents and disaster. - Manage if there are any crisis - Analyze data and set planning strategy for the store. <Working schedule: can work in flexible shifts >
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience > - Working experience: At least 2 years experience as Store Supervisor in retail store - English skill : Business level (Must be fluent at speaking and equivalent to at least TOEIC 700/ TOEFL 76/ IELTS 6.0) - Must well-understand in the company's philosophy and passionate in incorporating it into everyday week - Skills and Characteristics: + Good teamwork and leadership skills + Good PC skills + Eager to improve + Feel rewarded by making other people happy + Be a good listener with smooth communication to cooperate between departments and train new staffs, as well as sharing knowledge - Be able to work on shifts <Preferable Skill/ Experience> - Having Visual Merchandiser Skill is preferable <Interview Schedule> 2 rounds: - Round 1: HR Manager - Round 2: Japanese General Director
