<Job Responsibilities>
Overall responsibility: In charge of IT system operation and infrastructure related work (Internal IT help desk, Network - Server design, operating and managing...)
・Internal Help desk work such as handling broken and error computers.
・Network devices operation monitoring.
・Servers, routers set up.
・Switch L2, firewall design.
・In charge of ISMS (Information Security Management System).
・Tool setup, equipment selection and replacement.
・Server, Network system operating and maintaining.
・Internet network setup.
・Work exchange with Headquarter and clients in Japan.
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
・Education: College degree and above
・Gender: Any
・Age: 22 - 35 years old
・Language: Japanese conversational level (equivalent to N3, for internal, Headquarter and client in Japan communication)
・Experience: Have working experience in Infrastructure Engineering position or related positions.
・Other: Must have CCNA, CCT (former CCENT) certificate.
