<Job Responsibilities>
・Perform sales activity to clients in North Area, build and maintain relationships with each clients.
・Working with domestic and oversea manufacturing companies.
・Document works:
- Contract negotiation, contract making, existing contracts follow-up
- Shipping documents making and delivery follow up.
- Invoice making, bill collection.
・Have business trips mainly to Hai Phong within the day, around once per month.
・This position has no incentive.
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
・Education: Bachelor Degree
・Age:
- Staff: 25 - 35 years old
- AM: 35 - 40 years old
・Gender: Any
・Language: Have both below:
- English conversational level (For communicating Japanese Manager)
- Chinese conversational level (Equivalent to HSK 4 - For interpreting Vietnamese - English - Chinese in meetings, communicating with Taiwanese, Chinese clients in Vietnam - can be adjusted)
・Experience:
- Staff level: Have at least 1 year working experience in Sales, Purchasing, Import-Export or Trading related positions.
- AM level: Have at least 3 years working experience in Sales, Purchasing, Import-Export or Trading related positions.
・Knowledge: Have knowledge in trading and import-export procedures.
<Preferable Skill / Experience>
Have experience working with steel products.
