Sales Executive - Trading

<Job Responsibilities>
Department: Automotive material Group (Hanoi Office)
・Handle products such as plastic resins, raw material and chemical products for making automotive products
・Operating current business of ordering, delivery, forecast, inventory control by SAP.
・Check the credit limit, aging stock, payment of existing customers.
・Make quotation for new inquiry & existing products.
・Visit customers for developing new business. (Sometimes have lunch/dinner with customers)
*This position does not have KPI nor incentive*


<Necessary Skill / Experience >
・Education: Bachelor degree
・Gender: Male prefer (Female can also apply if they are willing to go on appointments with client)
・Age: 27-35 years
・Language: English business level (for internal communication, working with clients, oversea suppliers and documents)
・Experience: 5 years Corporate sales experience in Trading or Manufacturing companies.
・Skills: Have import/export knowledge

<Preferable>
- Have Japanese skill
- Bachelor degree in Chemical related major
- Working in Japanese companies
- Have knowledge in automobile, automobile parts, chemicals and materials used in making automobile parts.

<Personality>
・Quick response, Proactive
・Not a job hopper, can work long term.
・Good communication with customers, suppliers, colleagues in Vietnamese and English
