<Job Responsibilities>
They have 3 section : Production / Maintenance / Warehouse
Phase 1
・This position will be assigned Production or Maintenance team
・Handling production line and machine maintenance to operate
・Responsibility for assigned team tasks such as management 10-15 members
・Report to Director, Line Manager and related departments in the company
Phase 2
・Will be assigned both production and Maintenance team leader
・Handling both team schedule and team management
・Support to Japanese Factory Manager
<Hiring Schedule>
- Expected 1st interview date : 3-5 days after submitting
- How many round interview : 2-3 times
- Expect joining day : In Sep, Oct - up to candidate condition
Job Requirement
Essential Requirements:
・Bachelor degree
・Gender: Any
・Age: 35-45 years old
・Having working experience as a production control or mechanical maintenance more than 5 years
・Having team management experience at least 1 year
・Language: Japanese Business Level (N2 level)
: English conversational level
<Preferable Skill / Experience>
・Having management experience for around 10-15 members
・Personality : Positive, good communicate with team members
