Job Description
<Job Responsibilities>
・Manage and operate trucking's activities with the Trucking Suppliers
・Establish working process of Trucking department; try to cut down operational costs
・Supervise the use of vehicles by GPS; directly solve problems/accidents on site.
・Assess the ability of trucking contractors, set up trucking schedule to meet with delivery plan of clients.
・Have a guideline for suppliers to train drivers and sub-drivers about labor safety, regulations and principles of customer service…
・Responsibility for the services quality in the services scope.
・Resolve complaints from customers and report to Operations Manager
・Presentation in English to customers or foreigner managers
・Management skills: 3-5 staffs/ team (excluding drivers)
・Other tasks assigned by Report Line Manager

- Expected 1st interview date : 2-3 days after CV screening
- How many round interview : 2 times

Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
・Bachelor degree
・Gender: Male
・Age: 30 - 45 years old
・Having working experience as a Tracking operator or Logistics Management in Logistics or Retails industry over 5 years
・Presentation in English to customers or foreigner managers(Internal and External)
・Strong Management skills
・Knowledge and experience in compensation for damaged goods
・Language: English Business level (For communicate with client and internal)
・Good performance on MS Word/Excel/PPT
・Good network with other transportation service providers and having great problem solving skills
<Preferable Skill / Experience>
・Characteristic : Strong & straight forward, having confident
・Other language is a plus. (Such as Japanese, Korean, Chinese etc..)
