<Job Responsibilities>
・Advise customer for Customs regulations
・Advise KWE oversea for import regulation for particular inquiry
・Closely coordinating with Manager and internal related departments to get updated shipment information
・Allocating jobs to each site on daily/weekly and monthly plan under management area.
・Deal with Customs Broker Supplier to reduce the optional cost
・Deal with Customs Broker Supplier & Customs officer to solves the issue.
・Responsibility for the services quality in the services scope.
・Other tasks as per requested by Manager.
<Hiring Schedule>
- Expected 1st interview date : 2-3 days after CV screening
- How many round interview : 2 times
- Expect joining day : In Oct
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
・Bachelor degree
・Gender: Any
・Age: 28 - 35 years old
・Having working experience as a custom clearance in Logistics industry over 5 years
・Language: English Business level (For communicate with client and internal)
Other language is a plus. (Such as Japanese, Korean, Chinese etc..)
・Good performance on MS Word/Excel/PPT
・Having knowledge about customs laws and regulations, the international trading terms
・Job hopper is not acceptable. at least 4-5 years working exp for each company
<Preferable Skill / Experience>
・Having good relationship with Customs
・Characteristic : Strong & straight forward
