<Job Responsibilities>
・Provide training to new Sales staff and Experienced Sales staff on High-end product.
・Support Sales persons and Customers for any technical queries on companies products.
・Participate in Seminars to explain about company’s products and functions.
・Provide consultation to customers to maximize product’s performance.
・Provide training to customers who purchased products of Microscope, Laser Marker, Vision, etc.
・Offering After-sales support services, Solving client problems.
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
・Education: Bachelor degree
・Gender: Male only
・Age: 25 - 30 years old
・Language: English conversational level (mainly used in internal communication)
・Experience:
- At least 1 year experience working as Technical support in manufacturing industry.
- Have experience in using PLC programming (must)
・Skill: Good command in MS Office: Word, Excel, Power point, Outlook.
<Preferable Skill / Experience>
・Graduate from Automation, Electrical or Electronic Engineering
<Personality>
・Well-organized, time-management & multi-task
・Pro-active, positive, earnest, high communication skills & can-do attitude.
